Pick n Pay review: service

pick n pay menlyn maine , i went to the store to the cold meat section, all consultatnts were inside the hot foods sections so i had to ask as to who will be helping me , a lady came out strolling (im not saying they must run ) but that stroll was not impressive , i asked her if i can get 1 ham she said they don't sell them loose they have the ones already packed in the fridge, i said i want that one on the board cause it looked fresh , she asked the other lady and that lady said yes they do sell, she asked me again do i want this , i said yes i want 1 ,she picked 1 for me , went out of the cold meast section straight to the big fridge and i asked whats happening is the scale not working , she replied by " i'm looking for a code " she went back to punch in the code and it was wrong , she went back to the big fridge , can=me back again and punch it and it was still wrong ,,,she doesn't tell me anything , she went to the other scale and stood there waiting for someone to assist with the price , i got so upset as i wasted so much time with incompetent people who don't even see the need to apologise let alone to let me know what's happening, i went to the big fridge and took the pre packed cold meat ( awhat a bad choice >it was sour ) thought my nigtmare is over ,,went to the till, ..till 1
