Purchased an expired product from Pick n Pay. Contacted your customer services department on numerous occasions but no feedback received. I then contacted Joy from your head office in Cape Town who promised to get back to me within a day or two. Again, no feedback received. As a pensioner this is disgusting service from Pick n Pay. Please see reference numbers below.

This is extremely pathetic service from a reputable dealer. Sorry to mention but your customer service sucks. Proof of purchase and product still available.
