Pick n Pay review: Bad experience at Pick n Pay Soshanguve Crossing

I just visited one of your Pick N Pay outlets in Soshanguve Crossing and I have received a pathetic service which I don't think nowadays we can afford to give, such as the business is bad for everyone. I wanted to buy the Burger Friday special as one of my kids was actually reminded of the whole day, so I decided to buy them at Soshanguve Crossing Pick N Pay, as I got there, I found out that there were only four units left with no Cheese. So, I've asked one of the staff where do we get the cheese from or is there anywhere they could have been and she said that they are finished she can go and ask the manager if there's any. She later came back and said sorry the manager said that they are finished and there's nothing he could do or help us with, so I've asked to call him for us because we were a couple of customers that were there and they were all asking the same question. He later came to attend us after +- 7 minutes where I've asked him about the burger Friday special where some units are missing and how can he assist us to get the complete set and he said that unfortunately the cheese is finish and there's absolutely nothing he could do to assist us we just need to buy it as it is or leave it. I asked him to take some of the packed cheese and put it according to the quantity that is left for the burgers and sell it to us, and he said that he did that this morning and he can't do it again because he is going to be less on cheese. So, I've asked myself if whoever is in charge of that department has planned their Friday special accordingly or was that just another ticking exercise that was conducted. If i were to be told that the special is finished I would have understood but as for to be told that I can buy it as it is or I could just leave it. Pick n Pay is a respectable company that should uphold its name, and I think that kind of incompetency is unacceptable. The manager couldn't even remove the units after we had our discussion and by the looks of things, this is a norm that has been happening. I have purchased the units that were shot for the full price because my son was actually looking for a Burger Friday special.
