I went into Pick and Pay Northgate Johannesburg on Saturday morning specifically to purchase for over R500 and for this Scratch to Win Cards. I purchased for Over R500 and when I went to the Cashier she stated I must pay first then I get the Scratch to Win Card which I proceeded to do. To my surprise no Card and such attitude from the cashier . She was clueless about the Competition yet it is all over TV and social media and surely the cashiers need to be kept up to date regarding promotions and Competitions. I am highly annoyed and have logged into the Smart Shopper app yet no scratch to win card . Why advertise rubbish like this mislead people into buying and then expectations not met. I will never shop at Pick and pay again .I do have a valid Smart Shopper card as well
