Good day, my insurance had approved a claim for my windscreen replacement, prior to the fitment your PG lady Zam based at Rivonia village express contacted me and told me the claim was approved and the excess was R974.00. The insurance had approved both claims for both windscreens of our two Subaru foresters. upon arrival on Tuesday when it was booked the rubber was not supplied and I had to reschedule for thusday this past week. Whilst I was waiting for the installation your PG employee called to to say the excess is now R10 081.35C
