I have filled a claim with the insurance 3 weeks ago and this was approved in minutes. A week later we get a call from PG Auto Glass Allen's Nek stating that they have received the claim but they will need to order the windscreen from Renault. They also stated on the Wednesday 24 Jan 2024 that it will take 2 - 3 days for the windscreen to arrive.

Today I phoned for a follow-up since they don't call the clients to keep them updated. The person who I spoke to was the same person that said 2- 3 days. Firstly he wanted me to hold the line as he wanted to phone Renault and get an update from them. He then went to say that he told me last week that the windscreen will take 10 weeks to arrive.

He is laying to the customer and also not keeping the customer updated on the progress of everything. Also not following up Renault until the client ask him what is going on.

I have asked the insurance company to flag PG Auto Glass as a company that does not care about the clients.

All my fines and extra damage I am getting from this I will take to PG Auto Glass to pay since they are not doing anything about this.
