PetSmart review: Horrible customer service

I was at the Woodbury PetSmart location and I was checking out with a lady, she was being very rude and I told her she is being kinda mean. She started saying she doesn't care and yelling at me and the cashier girl behind her started chiming in and yelling and swearing at me and my husband. I talked to a lady manager and she said that they are fine and were behaving fine. On my way out I stated that I will be contacting HR or someone and they all yelled and swore at me until I left the building. My husband and I are beyond pissed. We go there every weekend and this has never happened before. They should definitely be fired.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and think they should be fired.
