I recently wrote a review on Oct 6th 2025 about the poor service I received at a Pep Boys location in Plainview NY. I received a phone call from Pep Boys corporate,I guess, apologizing for the poor service and offering a discount on my next service. I told the representative that I would never go back to Pep Boys as this was my second bad experience with Pep Boys. She told me to hold on and after 2 minutes she got back on the phone saying at the moment that’s all they can do but would escalate to higher ups and they would contact me. I then reiterated in addition to my bad experience that when the car was finally completed,I was told my car was by front door area. As I’m handicapped,I parked my car in a handicap spot with tag on rear view mirror. When I went out to get my car it was not in the front as the technician told me it was around the back sitting in front of one of the bays. U might think they would drive it back to handicapped spot? Just another example of poor service.. Getting back to what they could do for me? Maybe some money back from this bad service,not a discount on next service. That would be the right thing to do,not having me spend my money on next service so they could make more money. . Ok, let’s see if I hear back from them. I’ll keep u potto see if they can really make this right
