Since the recent “upgrade” I have been trying to get support to help my problems with a dizen or more emails and Help chats with NO resolution. . I am blocked from purchasing Draw Games online as I have been for many years. it seems that my account is set to Opt Out until 2031! I NEVER set that and it took a few days to find the option that CANNOT be changed and support says they can’t change either.
Niow I am also blocked from withdrawing my balance that CAN”T be used to purchase tickets!
Claimed loss: $20
Desired outcome: Remove Opt Out setting or return my $20 balance. Then fire whoever developed this “upgrade’ whoever launched it without adequate testing and unresponsive support
