I do not recommend wasting your time playing online games for PA lottery as they take your deposit immediately but on the slight chance you get a win to cash out the 3-5 business day payout is now on Business day 9- shouldn't be surprised as my last $100 dollar payout took 11 business days They are a true embarrassment. When contacting customer services there response is you go into a que and will be processed when its your turn, we handle most claims in 3-5 day but have the right to take as long as we want basically.

PS this is a simple $160 payout not thousands not any reason it shouldn't have been done already yet they give you a thousand.

I won let's fly my number was a match but the multiplyer was1 so I'm only intiled to 5 bucks. And it also say at the end of the ticket was a win all section and the eagles won so I'm entitled to 375 bucks if y'all going off of the pre season. I have been contacting these people since last Friday August 12 2020 it is now the 17th and I still don't have my withdrawal I keep getting a rep named Jeremy who is very rude and doesn't care about the customer I hit for 2.649.46 they took my money out Friday night to pay taxes 340.00$ something dollars but still haven't paid me they keep giving me the runaround telling me either the same thing or switching it up I have bills and rent I have to pay and these people are about to have me out on the streets if they don't send me my money they act like we did something wrong I just want my money that's mines and whats owed period is that so hard

I contacted Monica V by email because I deposit 50 and They had a promo . Deposit 50 get 50. I did it the right way but the app did no gave me the 50 dollar in web cash. Monica V a representative of Pa lottery did not wanted to help even if I being a customer for a long time. I told her to close my account which she did saying I have a duplicate account. I will not open an account again they way she treat me is like she did not care. Well thank a beware of customer service they will close your account no hesitation.

On Jul. 24 2022, at approx. 1:00 PM I attempted to cash a $50.00 scratch off ticket. The cashier told me that they didn't have the funds to pay that much.

My question is why would the lottery commission put machines in a place that doesn't carry enough cash to pay for winners?

Please respond with an explanation.

The place in question is the Pump and Pantry located on South main Street in Mansfield, Pa. 16933. (Not the one across from Walmart).

I know you really don't have to care but i just hav eto express on this more money ticket the bonus is if you get the word "more" to ad $50 to prize won well how about having a winning prize not even $10 did I win.

Infact out of 6 tickets only wan $20 on one.

The same with the $50 ticket, wizard of oz, $3 ticket lucky star and second chance drawings the last one I did I put in about 40 or more not even a sorry sucker card. I was only able to purchase with other monies I won and Birthday money.

But this last one got me upset to put the "more" symbol there and then nothing to be won I think that makes an idiot out of people especially people who are down and out grieving the lost of people and that could of put a smile on someones face.

So sorry to complain but sick of hearing how people out of state and hardly ever in South Philly win anything.

Probably not going to hear from you guys..

hello, on March 25th 2021 i went into the Royal Farms location in Riddly Park pa to purchase ticket for the next days drawings. it was around 930 in the evening and my purchaes was of course for the next days draws and for both day and evening drawings. i had play the draw 3 and draw 4 and a few fast plays and a couple scratch offs, im not ecally remebemring all of the other tolloery tickets, but how can you forget when you put your Bank card in the payment slot, it CAPTURES you payment and is instanly recorded and on your banks server and the lotterys server inside the machine and at the headquarters main server for the record of , date, time, amount, exaclly the amount of the ticket, the number played, the sequence number, batch number, and so on,

after the PAYMENT CAPTURED for $40 to the PA Lottery the machine FROZE. it never printed my tickets PAID FOR ,purchesed with proof,and i was never given my purchase payed for tickets that i take a chance of winning on by gambling . yes I gambled and took a chance and by doing so, paying to do so, am to be given my tickets to look at , have in my hand, to lock away or throw awat , to do whatever i want with because, i paid , purchased , deserved to either win or loose. my choice. when you are denied that because the machine is frozen malfunchined and is not your responsibility to its issues, then you dont just shrug it off.

now let me tell you what i purchesd. I PURCHASED AND I PAID FOR AND WAS NEVER GIVEN or RECIEVECD my tickets for.

I PLAYED 119... it REPRESENTS Jan 19th. my birthday I had played it for $2 straight and boxed for both day and evening for the next day...March 26th. 2021 . it came out straight the next morning.

look it up because i had to being mind blown because of me not given my winnings from my purches, of the gamble i paid for and chance, and I WON

I deserve the winnings and want my winngs from my purchase .

regadless i dont have the paper ticket, the store camers the store machine an it serverer with the printer in it can and will show my number payed and time and date, and the main server will also. my bank statement proved my purches and ill be able to prove my purchase no matter how much im told its not possible . this is a nightmare because i also had that machine freeze get stuck a few more times, have proof of pictures , notes left with the manager, record of her refusing to admit i told her and pictures of me holding the note to her with another employee taken in the store of me holding the note and the empolyee and i staning infromy of her desk and the note being put on her bosrdt ot contact me. all i ever got was threatened to be banned from the royal farms store and threatened told to leave and not come back ino her store she runs,, I asked her, to open the machine please to get my scratch offs i paid for and never dropped very nicley at that and get threatened ,,,on store camera i will add and told her so. was told,,I WAS TOLD,,,HERE IS $1 cash noe get out,,which in turn only embarresed the mannager she was and i spicifivally told her, she needs people skills and how to talk to inteligent peopele, and to go get retraining because I dont put up witth humiliation in a esablishment i frequent all the time. i do to this day still go there, gas ect,,and tickets from time to time,

i would appricatte someone responding to me asap and ill see how you can get my in touch info . thanks a mad and upset customer of the PA lottery.

This store that sells pa lottery numbers and scratch offs ALWAYS advertises on their lottery terminal with a large white paper "No Lottery Payouts" That sign has been up for 9 consecutive months at 511 W. Germantown pike plymouth meeting , pa 19462. The owner of the store plays his lottery daily and makes sure he pays himself when he wins but when patrons ask to cash out they say "sorry I have no money". Occasionally they might gripe when customers complain and tell them they can only cash $20.00 if you have a twenty dollar payout. I have watched some customers who appear to be regular patrons get paid sometimes without issue and asked others who I saw play daily numbers if they have issues getting paid most of them say yes and let me know to cash at a supermarket ...I dont know if these ppl are racist or what but if you play their they should pay there. These guys always have an excuse. Please check them out. They have lost me as a consumer and I just might stop playing lottery in general.

My wife and I have played a wide variety of games over a lot of years. Right around the beginning of 2022 we both noticed a steep drop off of the frequency and amount we'd win with scratch tickets. We've NEVER been big winners and we understand the odds and how all this works. Having said that and having read other comments, seeing the timeline others have pointed out, along with how they and us have purchased 10,20,30 tickets in a row and sometimes not even winning $10. There sincerely needs to be an investigation. We both understand probability and averages etc... Again, it's being manipulated. I absolutely will be looking into finding an outside party to investigate. From what I see, it looks like the oversight for the pa lottery is itself? Is that accurate?

I had recently won $350 in an online drawing. I requested a total of $340 in withdrawals. After waiting 2 weeks for my money, a risk analyst emailed me claiming that there was "a problem" and they couldn't send my money, but they would try again. Within 24 hours, I had my money, so I thought nothing of it.

Today, I get an email from that same risk analyst (Stephanie H) claiming that they had paid me $340 twice and demanding I repay them $340 immediately. Problem is, I only received payment once and have the emails and bank statement to prove it. Another problem is that I'm waiting on another $175 payout from the PA Lottery. At this time, they refuse to respond to my proof and blocked access to my online account. I don't appreciate being treated like a thief when I didn't even get paid twice, as they claim. And they are being the thieves by withholding my latest prize.

I don't understand why the scatch offs have declined to zero winning in the last 6 months not even a free ticket.

After work on pay day we continue to contribute and you give us no joy.

It's cruel and why even have it? They just want us to buy $30 tickets.

Last year and every year before that I'd win a few bucks now I don't even win $1

The PA. Lottery used to be legitimate. But now they are scammers . And the biggest scam are the crossword tickets . 3 , 5, and 10 dollar scratchoffs .

The odds are a lie and I have bags of sequentially numbered losing tickets to back up my claim .

I complained to the lottery with an email and was told about odds being spread out and whatever . Buy that's bull because me and my friends but scratchoff tickets throughout the city. I have lost thousands because if I buy 4 tickets and none are winners. I will keep buying because the odds say 1 in 4 . But then after buying 7 or 8 tickets , I will win the minimum prize . So if I'm playing a 10 dollar ticket , it costs 40 dollars to win back 10 dollars . Me and my friends have repeated this hundreds of times, and it's allways the same .

Every now and then you might win 50 bucks , but that is extremely rare .

And trust me , I'm talking thousands of dollars in losses and not one winner over 50 bucks in the last 2 years . Nobody is that unlucky .

Then when I complained to the lottery I was told that the next email I sent , I would be charged with harassment

This location, ELKS LODGE 776 in Washington, Pa, is refusing payouts at times altogether and won't make payouts below the $600. limit. They also refuse to fill out the forms to collect payouts over $601. This location has 3 TV monitors for keno, horse racing and Nascar along with a instant ticket and PA lottery games.. They should be required to make payouts to accommodate their members..

The lottery is a rigged system that lies about the odds, and claims there are jackpots on scratchoff tickets. This is a lie.

If there were any high prizes, I would have won one by now. I play hundreds of dollars a month, and it's impossible to win.

And I go to different places and still can't win. The lottery needs to be audited and whoever is robbing us, must be prosecuted.

The description the lottery gives for a wild ball winner is it gives you chance to win more money when you actually win less, it is deceptive, they show you a sample of a wild ball replacing one number to make a winning combo but they actually only pay you for the wild ball and not the winning combo. There were two times I played the pick 5 box and hit with the wild ball and it only paid $100.00 for the wild ball and not the number combo it completed.

I been waiting on $900, they made up some BS about it being duplicate account and banned me. And never paid me. They did this on purpose. I don't have duplicate account and the women from tech support lied. Her supervisor said to me he don't believe me, doesn't need proof, and banned me. So I had to literally allow them to steal from me. Cause on the street I woulda shot that [censored] till he caught on fire.

I played on PA ILOTTERY many times. On September 7th 2021 I went on and deposited $20.00. Was playing rainbow fortunes. I was watching TV and spinning. I looked down to spin again and realized I had won $400.00. So I played down to that amount and hit withdraw. It states right on their page that it takes 3 - 5 business days. So I waited, on the 5th day it still was sitting at pending. So I called they then proceeded to tell me that they needed me to upload a bank statement and once I did that it would take up to 72 hours. So I waited. At 72 hours I checked it, still pending called again and was told its in queue will be done that day. Ok waited again. Checked it later that late afternoon, it was gone. So I called and they said it was processed about a half hour ago. Cool finally that was Sept 18th btw. So Monday morning check my bank nothing. Called my bank no record of it. Called back to pa lottery and was then told it gets sent to another company called global, here's their number and the ID number of the transaction. Called global to be told they have it now will process in the next 24 hours then I still have to wait from 3 - 5 days for it to hit my bank. What is the point of waiting the 3 - 5 days for pa lottery to wait another three to five days for global? It's been almost 2 weeks since I won and I am still waiting.

Powerball added a third drawing per week, stating that it would make the lottery payout larger, much quicker. This is false! It is growing slower at a larger cost to the players. This extra drawing will not and has not accomplished any of the stated reasons for its existence!

The third drawing must be ended!

This is a money grab - nothing more.

Attempted to play Treasure Hunt game on PA ilottery. I logged on and it said error. I realize there are errors but here is what happened. So I could not play and it kept on saying error. So then the time had passed to put in my numbers and I decided to check the numbers. I would have won 100 dollars if I had played as four of my numbers showed up but of course I did not get to play as there was an error! I feel PA lottery knew what my numbers are as I play almost every day with the same sets of numbers. So they blocked me from playing as they knew what the numbers would be. My problem is that what are the odds that they would have an error on that day I would have won $100, I am glad it was not the jackpot! I have never won $100 dollars also from Treasure Hunt and I have played almost every day. What are the odds, so I say they knew my numbers ahead of time and blocked me from playing so I could not win. I think it was a scam.
