Purchased water heater on 2/15/26. Did not work correctly from day 1. General Electric subcontraced a local plumber to repair but wasunsuccessful, GE sent every part in the heater to be replaced but it could be repaired. Everything is documented. When I scanned the qr code only then did I notice the production date of 2020, Requardless after replacing every part on the heater it had no hot water, this was a friday afternoon, so I had the plumbing co, install another water heater on Saturday on an emergency call. I am requesting a refund, as ge or pc ritchard will not take resposibility for a defective product.

Desired outcome: Refund of what I paid for the heater which is still in my possession. GE or PC richard can have it for examination after I am paid for it.
