They charged me 4.99 after a free trial. I tried to cancel, and they offered another free month to stay with them. I accepted, but they applied the credit to the next cycle rather than the current one. When I tried to get help from them to fix this, they did cancel my account but kept the charge. So not only did I get charged for a service I didn't want to pay for, but now they're not even giving me the service they charged me for, saying the account no longer exists.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back at best or the service received at minimum.
I am tired of you raising my rates! Stop raising them or I will cancel my subscription that I’ve had since you started this app. No matter how much you raise prices, you won’t fix your app. Sluggish, freezes.
