Paramount Plus has been charging me on two email accounts but through the same PayPal account. Therefore, they should have known they were double billing me. I was sick, with lung cancer and not watching my accounts as closely as I normally do. I cancelled one of my accounts online but that is when I figured out I was being double billed. I went to chat online and was told the only thing that they could do was offer me a 30% discount on my next year of service. What an insult! I've paid for four years, but only got two years of service and when I cancelled, they at least offered me a 50% discount. I'm working on getting my disability, so I have no income right now. I sure as heck couldn't afford to pay 70% of $119.99.

I was told I would get a free month. At the end of the free month I cancelled the subscription. But just as I was going to unsubscribe they offered me two additional months for free. At the end of the two additional months I did end up unsubscribing. I unsubscribed 4 days before the free subscription time period listed on my account ended. Just didn't watch the channel. But when I looked at my credit card statement I noticed that they charged me two months into the three month free subscription period. I called them and they refused to refund the $9.99 charge. Everything added up to a 3 month free subscription period but they continued to say that it was company policy not to refund under any circumstance. Even if they charge you during the free months period. Beware of free offers from this company. They will charge you and won't refund you. I as able to get my money back but it took some doing and time.

I gotta say, there's a lot of these COVID Pfizer ads popping up on Paramountplus.com. It's getting kinda annoying, honestly. I come here to relax and unwind, not to be bombarded with advertisements. But hey, at least the shows are good, right? I mean, those ads may be a bummer, but they can't ruin all the entertainment this site has to offer.
Though, to be honest, I'm not sure why we need so many pharmaceutical advertisements in the first place. I get that they're important and all, but jeez, can they give it a rest? And I mean, like, L-L-L-A-A-S-S-T-T-S-S-T-T-T-S, lasts. It's like they wanna force you to watch their own ads, which is kinda irritating if you ask me.

And get this - you cannot fast forward the ads. Nope, you're stuck there watching their commercials until they decide to let you go. I mean, what kinda streaming service does that? You might as well watch a commercial TV for free, right?

This app from Paramountplus is not so good, if you ask me. Even after attempting to fix it, it still won't work. And to make matters worse, they won't give me my money back! Can you believe it? When I asked if they could refund me for all the time I haven't been able to use the app, they just disconnected me. Rude much?

I know it's only $14.99, but still - that's not cool. They shouldn't be taking people's money when they know their service is all jacked up.

Do yourself a favor and skip this one, folks. It's a waste of time and money.
