Paramount plus review: Paramount minus

Got Paramount plus weeks ago. The site buffers and is very slow. I contacted my internet provider, and they advised I have high speed internet and problem is with Paramount. I tried to contact paramount and got a robot that said I have to contact my internet provider. Now I'm unable to stay on the site without if cutting off after 15 seconds and I get a 3205 error. I went on another review site and 99% of the reviews were negative. Everyone was saying that problems connecting to the app and no support. So now I'm paying for something I can't get and no support to talk to. The reviews showed that people were canceling their subscription. I wanted to give this company a chance, but everything with it is negative. Check out the reviews on this before getting a headache.
