Panda Express cold food/waiting for a long time

Saturday after noon, me and my girlfriend came to eat at panda Express because Its our favorite until this happen. Not a long line but they ran out of certain food and It was a wait for It. It was a 10-15 minute wait for orange chicken to come out so I waited also others did as well. Time pass by already and what caught my eye was the workers were serving orange chicken to others who came later on and my plate was still there not bothered touched. So I stood up ask for my food so they did and sat down and half of my food was already cold for waiting so long for something I had to wait a little longer. So I didn't like that and didn't give me anything to make up the wait.

Panda Express everything

I went to Panda Express with my husband and 2 children and right from the start the customer service was terrible. Apparently one of the worker was wanting to take a break so they were arguing behind the counter, telling him to "just go" as we are standing there waiting to order. Then I finally asked if anyone was working the counter and one lady said "I was putting away the money...we can't just leave that stuff out". Then another woman asked what we would like and as we were ordering she walked away and started arguing with the boy that wanted a break again. Finally the woman that was "putting away the money" came back to take our orders. We paid and filled our drinks and couldn't find a table or booth that was clean. There was food on all the tables but ONE booth was clean and the kid that wanted his break was sitting at it playing on his phone. We sat at a dirty table and my son and husband took a bite of their orange chicken and it was cold. My husband and son NEVER complain about their food and they brought their plates up to get some hot orange chicken. The woman took the plates over the garage and scrapped the orange chicken into the can while our other food is still on the plate and then puts new chicken in there. We were so disgusted in the fact that she holds out plate over the garbage and they didn't even eat! This whole experience was sickening and we will not ever return to this location. We were there at 5pm on 11/9/19 and spent $40 on food that made us sick to our stomach.

These rude Amerasian should be reported to the department of labor as disrimination against the elderly and Americans in generally as well as their company, If they don't do anything about them.
This seems to be a common practice that is all over the place.
If you don't mind me asking how old are you and your husband ?
do you have the same problem when seeking medical assistance ? urgent care, and some other non -emergency places that have pop up recently . Rude employee's

Panda Express rude employee

An employee at the Porterville, CA Panda Express, with the name of Lilly, was super rude when I asked a questions about products. The whole time she was there she didn't smile once she just gave everyone a dirty look that was in line. When I got to the front of the line she was to help me but all she did was make rude answers. When I was finally leaving she said something very sarcastic. I did not appreciate going to the only Panda Express near me and be treated like this.

Panda Express bigger plate

Hi my name is Willie Harley
I ordered a bigger plate around 6:40 PM on my 30 min lunch break for work and never received it.
I waited in the reserved parking space directly in front of the restaurant for 20 min and still never received. I returned to work and contacted the restaurant . After multiple calls I get in contact. Not only did I not receive my food, the cashier told me she forgot about me but I was first in drive thru. Literally everyone else got there order except me. Also one drive thru customer was parked next to me so how did you forget? So now I have to wait until tomorrow to receive my food this is ridiculous. The staff needs a stern talking to about this completely unacceptable.

Their "bigger" plate is actually identical to the 2-meat plate, you just get an extra meat for the 67% upcharge. In short, a scam!

Panda Express (raw chicken) kung pao chicken

My son phoned me to ask if Chicken should be chewy? I responded NO, and asked why? He then let me know his bowl from Panda Express of Kung Pao Chicken was Chewy! Then my daughter who works at a restaurant let me know the chicken was RAW. And that my son, had eaten a couple of pieces.
She then told me she called n they told her just to take the bowl back, and that he could get it replaced.
I think the entire purchase should be refunded, and replaced for the inconvience. I menctioned this to the manager, who Would not give me his name! Who also stated that he wasn't allowed to give his name by phone!
I then let him know that I would complain to a higher position party. I also called another Panda Express, in McAllen Tx to find out if it was so that they could not give their name by phone, and the mngr from that store gave me his name!
I believe this isn't the way the owners would like their business to be ran!
I will follow up with another way till I get a respond.

Panda Express customer service issue

Last night I at store #1427 Boynton Beach location and it was the worst experience I've ever had. There is always some type of issue at this location from burnt rice all the way down to not having the proper ingredients to make a dish. For the most part the staff would try and succeed to correct the issue, but not last night. I filled out the customer survey like always to receive the free entrée and [censored] I went to pay for my meal I gave the cashier my completed receipt. As she began the transaction she realized that she didn't enter the code and she did try to stop the transaction before it was completed. She then turned to the manger at the time and was told there was nothing that could be done. Now I'm not cashier or manger for that fact and I understand that thing sometimes get hectic, but every customer is important. I feel as if taking a moment to refund and redo the transaction would've soled the problem. Sure it would've taken a few minutes more' but it would've been the right thing to do. I completed the survey honestly I'm at this location at least once a week and like I stated before they've corrected any issue before and its constantly issues at this location. Honestly speaking its only this location that seems to always have an issue. For a location of any type of customer service to be plagued with issues the way I was treated was a travesty and no paying customer should be treated this way. Panda Express service and food

What is wrong with this place 2nd time where it showed they are unorganized and have no clue who is doing what this is the 2nd time at this place where I had to stand in line for an hour but this time the chowmein was clumped together no sauce on it at all the noodles were all white and stuck together you mean the cook couldn't see this while cooking wasted the hour in line then wasted my money on food that got thrown out this place and the one in Foster city ca will close due to poor service and food which is fine they blew it tonight never again will I waste my time and money

Panda Express management

Your manager Ivan is a joke. He needs to go shadow another manager for at least a month to learn how to run a store and keep employees happy. Availability is a joke to him. Never seen someone always on the computer as much as him. Always has "conference calls" or meetings. Doesn't trust his staff. Reaching out! Manitowoc store is going down hill. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone walked out together. I hope this message gets someone to store # 2111. Ivan needs to STEP UP! Cook one day/ Prep another. Do sides and dishes. Help out your team, dont just put everything on them and you get the bonus.

Panda Express my credit card was charged 3 times instead of 1 time on my online order

I ordered online 4 things from Panda Express under the name Leslie Nolasco and the pickup time for it was 4:20 pm on Friday September 27, 2019. On the online order the transaction for that order went through 3 times when it was only supposed to go through 1 time. Hopefully there's a way to get my money back because I ended up spending way more then I thought I would and it's upsetting.

Panda Express egg roll, condiments

My son placed an online order through panda for 2 plates of food, 2 egg rolls, soy sauce, chili sauce. He drove to pick up and when he came back we were missing an egg roll, soy sauce, and chili sauce. I called and spoke to a William who chastised me stating there's no way we placed an order online since panda Express doesnt do that and the soy sauce and chili is only giving on request.i stated we requested and it's on receipt. He got very rude saying panda doesnt use a website and I must have used uber eats to take it up with them. My son drove back, wasting our gas, with receipt in hand to just get tossed an egg roll...very rude!

Panda Express fixing the complaint

I went to panda Express Saturday night ordered the bigger plate I wanted to do 1/2 fried rice and half chow main like I always do with the orange chicken, Beijing beef, and beef/broccoli and an order of the spring rolls I get my order and leave get dropped off so I don't have a ride to go fix it before closing I called and told the lady it looked like they only did half a serving of the chow main and I didn't get the springrolls she said bring in my receipt and they would fix it so I drive all the way from Bella Vista today and appreciate their way of fixing the complaint is an extra spring roll! Are you serious! It takes a quarter of a tank of gas to get to and from and I got 1 extra spring roll I would NOT have drove all the way back to the store for that

Panda Express unprofessional dismissive a rude employee

I arrive at Panda Express # 2398 shortly after 10:35 opening when I approached the glass line only a few items had been prepared in the service window so waited.
After waiting some 25 minutes for it My order wasn't completed until around 11:09am, before all food items selection where displayed in the service window.
The person Kimerlyize B. taking my order #211275 not friendly and had become visibly annoyed by my presence.
I asked for two bigger plates orders, the server filled up the container only 50 percent and that's not fair. She never acknowledged me, she just pop open the container boxes then ringed up the 1 plate and did the same for the second 1 plate entrée, then said it's $16.45... I hand her my method of payment once it processed, she just handed me my receipt turn away moved on.

She was dismissive a rude employee. I have never been more dissatisfied with my experience at the Irving Panda Express. It is not ok and it is so unprofessional. Someone need to take serious action on this. It not acceptable. Where can I make a formal complaint and get our money back for dismissive rude and unfriendly service it was not worth the price that I had to pay .
Very unacceptable! Paid to much money to get cheated.

Panda Express missing utensils

They're always forgetting our forks on to go orders. How the hell are we supposed to eat noodles without a fork or even chopsticks? And also when I pressed submit it says if the message isn't 350 characters in this text box it wouldn't attract a lot of attention. What the [censored] is that all people message should be important to your company however long the message it is. That's [censored] thanks for serving me [censored]tyfood always

Panda Express food and service

This is the second time that the service was slow even though not many customers were there. We ordered food and after food was given to us, no one checked us out. We just stood there for quite a while and finally someone wandered out and took our payment. When we got the food home the tea was sour and the food was completely stale. The egg rolls were not edible. This is so disappointing because we are big fans of Panda Express and this one JUST opened! The svc going downhill already is not
A good sign for longevity of this business. They need a new management person. Please look into this!

Panda Express food angus meat

I need to make a complain Yesterday August 8 we dine in at panda Express. We notice the Angus taste different so we asked one of the employees was there something different about it. She said no everything still the same a d smiled and walked away. So today my kids husband and I haven't felt good we started burping the Angus meat and throwing up. Something needs to be done about this. Yes if prove needs to be shown that we were there I have my cc transaction because I wasn't given a receipt. This place was my favorite but not any longer I will never go there again.

Panda Express rude employee

I would like to report Haley and Elena from the Panda Express in Temple, Texas. I asked for teriyaki sauce 3 times and after waiting for it, both Elena and Haley began talking crap about me while I was right in front of them. This was also not the first occasion I heard Haley speaking badly about a customer. When I first walked into the restaurant she was speaking rudely about a customer right in front of others waiting in line.

Panda Express my "bigger" plate

Hello,
I purchased a "Bigger plate" tonight and I have never been more dissatisfied with my experience at the Kona Panda Express.
My order number is 217276 Purchased at 7:56:07 PM
I purchased half fried rice- the most skimpy portion I have ever received at a Panda anywhere.
Super Greens- it was all broccoli, no kale, no cabbage. NO seasoning. I politely asked the guy at the counter if I could have a fresh order as the one sitting in the hot pan was dried out, old and pretty brown. He hesitated, didn't seem like he wanted to ask the kid cooking because the kid cooking seemed so inconvenienced that he had to do his job and make another batch.
Orange Chicken small portion again and wasn't fresh.
Honey Walnut Shrimp, soggy and not fresh.

I have been to this Panda numerous times and this experience was absolutely ridiculous. I called, spoke with Jasmine when I asked for a manager, she replied she was and said she'd have a credit for me for the sides I complained about. Now, this is before I tried the entree items which were severely lack luster. I would not serve this food in my kitchen.
This is unacceptable and maybe someone can step in and let the Kona Panda Express know about quality control?

How would you like to reconcile this severely unsatisfying experience?

I have attached a picture of the plate and have not eaten anything off of this plate except for a bite of broccoli which I then realized there was no seasoning.
The plate was thrown away, It was not worth eating.

Panda Express too many tv commercials

you have a new product called sicuhurican or something like that. enough is enough on the tv commericals. using western line dancing, doesn't really go with chinese food. afterall its only breaded chicken stripes with sweet and sour coating like sweet and sour chicken. i can make that at home myself. give the public a break we've seen it over and over again and again. 20 commericals in a 2 hr. movie is a bit much. i counted. a commerical every 3-10 days is sufficient. please stop pushing your sweet and sour coated chicken strips. thanks

Panda Express service and honey walnut shrimp

On Tuesday, July 23, at 7:30pm I entered Panda Express located on Canal Road in Brunswick, Ga. I wasn't greeted, and after briefly standing at the food, a gentleman asked what Would I like to order. I asked for two bigger plates and Id like to upcharge both with Double Honey Walnut shrimp and asked if the current ones were fresh, bc I don't like them after sitting in the steam to get soggy skin as it sticks to your teeth and it's a displeasing. He said they were fresh. And proceeded to fix the first bigger plate. I asked for half rice and half noodles. As he scooped the shrimp, the skin fell off of several shrimp and they appeared to be gooey. I asked again if they were fresh and he gave me one on a toothpick and said, I already told you yes, taste for yourself." I went to to try the sample and it was so gooey, I went for a napkin and threw the sample away at the drink station. I told him that's definitely soggy and I'd like fresh beings I'm paying and especially paying for for four upcharge fees. It was highly unacceptable.
He then walked to the register and proceeded to ring my order up asking what I ordered, a bowl, - I said no sir - two bigger plates with fresh walnut shrimp. He said I heard you already what else. I said two bigger plates, and before I finished, I felt his aggravation and smart remark for saying, "I heard you!" But yet asked me to repeat my order. I said please, sorry, sir, with none of these manners approached to me. Customer service was very unsuccessful, and the food quality was the same. There was one couple eating at peak hours and they heard the conversation and said their food was very unsatisfactory and after hearing him talk to me with attitude and I'm being polite, they were also not returning after there visit. I have been there numerous times and at least three times a month, but the last two visits, at $30 meals have been a terrible experience. This was third strike and I won't be back. New businesses is not what's hurt this location, but poor customer service and food. I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way for Chinese takeout bc Panda failed to deliver good shrimp and great customer service. It's sad, and was a waste of my time.

Panda Express horrible customer service, etc

I went to the palarine, il location. Stated online and on the door it says their drive thru close time is 9:20 PM. I arrived at 9:00 and waited in the drive thru for almost 20min. When I got to the speaker to place my order, the girl taking orders was very rude. Told me that they were very close to closing time and what did I want. I asked for double orange chicken plate and she said that they didn't have any orange chicken. And again was extremely rude about it. Then I tried calling to talk to a manager when I left the drive thru and there was no answer at the phone number. If you have store open until certain time, there should be a full menu, nd if you aren't going to provide a full me u there should be a sign stating that, as I would not have waited that long to not get anything.
