Panda Express review: Was ordered rudely to go outside to wait

I placed an online order. I arrived to pick it up. As usual I go in at time it's estimated to be ready. I stand near the shelves they place orders on. A young woman comes up to me and asks if I have an online order. I tell her yes and give her my name. She begins pointing at me and tells me I need to go outside right now. I ask her why. She says it's to not get the orders confused. I said she didn't need to be rude about it. In a snide tone she told me I just need to go outside and wait.

I go outside. I notice an older lady standing where I was waiting for her online order as I didn't see her go through the line. After 5+ minutes I go in and ask for a manager. I explain the situation and he says there are signs outside to tell people to go wait on the patio. I do t tell him I have eye sight issues. I tell him regardless of the signs I didn't deserve to be ordered around and talked down to. He didn't see to care and said I'll bring your order out as soon as possible. Which was 15 minutes well past the estimated time.

I begin to feel like maybe it was a race thing. The young woman employee was African American and the manager Hispanic and so was the old lady. I'm Caucasian. Racist? I don't know but I felt bad and didn't do anything wrong.

I understand I'm not eating at a gormet restaurant but why as California begins to open back up are they getting stricter and more rude at panda. The portions were small too. No silverware or sauces.

Ridiculous!
