Panda Express review: Service @ panda express lake nona

I, syeda haque placed an online order # [protected] of 2 bigger plate consisting two portion of teriyaki chicken and one portion of kung pao @ 3:22pm on 10/28/2020 and I was supposed to pick up at 3:35pm. When I entered the store there was no single customer but me and three employees (that I could see). So basically 3 employee (sitting and relaxing) for one customer yet nobody bothered to approach rather I had to ask for my order and it was not ready! They looked for my name they did not find the order then I showed him my order number from my phone then they were just roaming around, then one customer entered and I set aside to keep the distance meanwhile a another employee came n started cooking and I kept waiting yet no certain answer where is my order how long it will take or why isn't it ready... After a while I saw another online delivery customer came and picked her order then I asked where is mine then he said "it's not ready" I said you could explain me that instead of just ignoring it... He said very rudely "do u want the food or not?" I said of course I do that's why I am here. Then he started boxing it. I ordered two portion of teriyaki for each bigger plate option but I got potion of one instead of two teriyaki chicken and I got 5 red chillis in one pint size kung pao chicken. (picture attached). What is the probability of getting 5 chillis in one pint size meal other than it is intentional? Then my husband entered as he was waiting outside for 20 minutes and I explained him yet that guy was not at all sorry, damn care and rude. If you do not believe please check the cc tv footage and authenticity of my allegation. Before covid my every alternate day meal was from panda express but I am certainly not going there anymore specially this lake nona one. Fix your customer service before it's too late. Why do you keep three employees when none of them is willing to fulfill single clients order. Waste of resources and reputation
