Panda Express review: service

I ordered a catering order with this location for the second time. Went with the 12-16 trays including 2 sides 2 entry's. I asked for 1 rice, 1 Chow Mein, and 1, Beijing beef, and angus steak which is a extra $18 on top and came with free spring rolls. When I picked up my order assuming after paying $155 the order should be correct and the workers did not repeat what was in the boxes I just put it in my car and went to my party which I got to in about 12 minutes. Opened up everything and instead of
the rice I got vegetables, the spring rolls were undercooked and it was cold, the angus tray was barely filled this is very disappointing after having to pay $18 extra because it's a premium order. I Called the store immediately and was asked to give my name and number and someone will call me. Waited the whole day no one called, and I called the next day to complain. No one even knew about any of this when I spoke to a manager. The manager (Jennifer) I believe her name is was very unprofessional and did nothing to handle this situation. She basically said I should of checked the order and she asked if the worker repeated the order before paying so I said no. The manager said I should of called right away, me trying to explain to her that I did call and even left my information. She said no I didn't there is nothing here written down. After arguing with the manager she put me
on hold and left me on the phone for 5 minutes I had to hand up and call back again, then she said don't worry she will call me end of the day and it will be sorted out. Once again no call back or anything again. If this does not get handled I will call and do whatever it takes to get this out all social media and contact head offices until someone does something about it.
