Panda Express review: plate with teriyaki, chicken orange chicken chow mein

I went to the store at 1:40pm to buy two plates. I made it home with my bag later to find my order was not correct. One of the plates that had teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce. I was given fried rice instead of chow mein. I ordered two plates only one fortune cookie was in the bag. I called and spoke with Miranda the manager. I explained to Miranda the situation and she told me they are understaffed and they were trying to train someone. She also said if I order teriyaki chicken I need to ask for the teriyaki sauce now. She told me I could come get the chow mein and the rest of the issues would not be resolved. She was very insensitive to the situation and she reminded me they are short staffed and training people right now. She was very unapologetic. She treated me like I was not a customer I was a problem she didn't have time for. I spend a lot of money at Panda Express and I am so offended by the bad customer service I received.
