Panda Express review: A waste of time ( 1 comment)

If you go there an hour after they open, they have two things on the menu. Other then rice and chow main they had 2 chicken sides and that's all everything else was 10 minute wait. They open without being prepared. It gets old going to your centennial store in las vegas and having problems every single time. The food has gotten terrible tasting and the service if you can get it sucks. Every time, this store has issues. My family of 6 will never go there again and would advise anyone not to go there. My kid got sick the last time, we cant say for sure from you but we think it, so we stayed away for a long time. When we went back, nothing changed, same nasty attitude and slow drive up service, very slow. 5 times going here and nothing but trouble. I was coming here for the past several years, two or so years ago, they must have changed owners or managers cuz this place sucks now, never again. Stop opening stores before yopu have food to serve, people hate waiting in long drive thru lines fo no reason, it pisses them off and they tell everyone not to go to your store. It is becoming shameful of your stores, an embarrassment. Why? You just dont care or what is your reason for treating customers so badly? I dont understand the logic behind treating customers this way. I can say that there are 5 drive thru stores right next to your store. Friday, saturday, no nights is there a line at your store buit all the others have long lines. Think about why that is. I know I am nopt the only customer saying this to you, so why?
