Good morning,

I'm usually very laid back with regards to problems like these, but I've had this problem a few times now. I've opened a pack of your cigarettes I bought at my local Spar in Northwold to find that the paper around the filter folded one of it's corners, resulting in a cigarette I can not smoke. Please advise?

Has pall malls reduced the menthol in whites. I'm either buying stale smokes or they changed the formula. Either way they taste horrible. Switching brands again. I've been buying pall malls for 10 years. Switched from Virginia slims tried them again yesterday and they are much more flavorful.

Are there other pall malls alternatives that you can taste the menthol

Last week I bought a carton of pall mall red at my local pick and pay store to my surprise every packet had atleast 3 to 4 cigarettes that the filters was stick not right I mean I pay R320 per carton and I still had to close the gaps at the filter with sellotape what kind of quality product is this

Bought 2 packs of Pall Mall Red 100's and went to smoke one and noticed all I was drawing was air (NO SMOKE), so I Examined the cigarette and found little pinholes in the cigarettes! I have been a consumer of Pall Mall & Marlboro for over 30 years and was disappointed to say the least. Over 3/4th of both packs had holes in each cigarette. I am struggling right now and can't afford to waste cigarettes!

Good day, I always buy cartons of Pall Mall. I've been smoking Pall Mall for about 3 years now and never had any problems.
Upon opening the package i see there is a bit of the filter showing on top, once removed it is only the filter. 2 cigarettes are very damaged and the top part of the filter is loose in the box. There is no visible damage to the outer packaging.

The cigarettes was bought the 20/12/2021.

this complaint just serves as a notice for the manufacturer to be aware of a problem that can be address and to limit future disappointment.

I bought n packet today. 3rd sigarette does not have the click button on the boost. Im very unhappy going to report pall mall sigarettes. What are you going to do about making a customer happy. Paying alot and then giving me a peace of [censored]. It is al I smoke. Other times I did leave to complaint. But today again I thought this was it. Now its time to report. Some smokes does not have enough tabacco insite. So loose

Good evening. Bought a box of Pall Mall Red at the garage in primrose hill germiston, South Africa. When opening the box three filter rap problem, smoke doesn't even light. Pay so much for them and then find a problem. Cigarettes don't even light and pull air between the filter paper. It's not the first time it's happened but just let it slide all the other times. Been smoking and supporting your brand for many years, thought it's time to moan about it now

After 10 years approx smoking these ciigarettes It now takes me 5 minutes to find the pull to open the package and on some there is no pull when you pull you only get half the plastic off and then you have to use scissors to take the other half off some cigs you cant draw on at all. I am so disappointed because I have tried many brandsand yours WAS the best very smooth, I am shopping around for a new brand . Why make changes when they were perfect. Mabel.

FREE CIGARETTES FOR A YEAR PLEASE

Opened multiple packs of the pall mall red cigarettes and multiple cigarettes fell apart as they were removed from the packets and most of them have holes in the pack contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

So for the past week now the cigarette have been hard to light then exploding when they are lite and cherry has been falling out, not only that now I have burnt my face while lighting it because it exploded and the chery flew in my face, I've been smoking for 15 years now and if this isn't addressed I will completely change brand I referred ny family to these because of good price and everything now im second guessing myself what can you do to help me out, I have put a picture of my face since I didn't get a picture of the cigarette but if u need any picture of the cigarette iw I will try and get one

In October 2021 I purchased a carton of Pall Mall red cigarettes and had a number of faulty cigarettes inside. The filter paper does not go all the way round and there is holes in the cigarette. Please see the attached picture of the faulty cigarettes.

Good day

This is the 6th packet I bought that has holes in the filter and in the paper so you can't smoke it. It's 3/4 of the packet... I've tried closing the holes with my fingers but its really not to my satisfaction. Also, a lot of the cigarettes have pieces of wood that doesn't burn right that also makes you waste half your cigarette.

I've been smoking pall mall for over 10 years now and I'm seriously not happy! Seems like you have a serious problem in your factory somewhere!

Hi... I've bought a pack of pall mall cigarettes today from pick n pay and the filters on the cigarettes are disfigured. This is not the first time but it is the third time..

Hi, I always always by pall mall cigarettes for a few years. Recently, the pall mall cigarettes I bought just only, all of them taste burnt. I could not even finish them, so I decided to their them always. The cigarette that I had was revolving, all of the sudden have this taste quality and it was not satisfying. I bought another pack. And the new pack that I'm smoking on recently, still have the same issue. The taste is [censored]. Like legit.

I always buy cartons of pall mall red for me and my husband... smoking we realised that most of the packets have faulty cigarettes in it... no waisting it we smoked it because its expensive... why do I have to waist my money every time but I dont want to change my brand... will u replace my carton? I pay over $16 a pack for these in Canada when they used to be the better quality, but cheaper price. I just bought a pack and there is pieces of the tobacco under the paper around the filter which has made the glue on these few cigarettes not stick.

So I feel like this price for this quality is not worth it. I have not had too many disappointing times unlike when I smoked du Maurier but still they (du maurier) atleast sent me a carton to make up the bad quality they had in 2 -3 cigarettes that were defective from them. So they won back my business until it kept happening and I switched to you. That was 10 years ago

I buy a carton every month. The carton I currently have is menthol. Half of the cigarettes inside the menthol box all taste like berry. I was not sure at first, my friend smokes Pall Mall the purple box, and I let her try it.

She confirmed that it is her brand.
I gave most of the berry ones that I got to her or end up throwing it away.

I don't know what you guys did but I have been smoking pall mall bold king size for as long as I can remember and now your new one is pall mall bold extra. And it is horrendous. It is so weak it's like I'm smoking air. Guess I'll be changing brands. Unless you guys will go back go the old way. Because the new way sucks

In every packet was 1 wrongley folder rapper on the cork part. I bought a fullcarton and is sitting with ten sigarretes that I cant smoke. Contacted the number on the box But no one has responded yet.

I have tried numerous times to get a respond but nobody comes back to me
