I am elderly and had never ask for a receipt for any of my purchases. I purchased 2 packs of pall malls at Winstar 7007, 7007 Longview Rd Kansas City Mo 64134, the packages were marked .50 cents off per package and the store is not honoring the manufacturer request instead they are charging full price and when brought to their attention their reaction is you can no longer come to the store . This occurred on 10/28/22 transaction number 2781 Op ID:786 cashier Esam,With this being said the Winstar7007 is keeping all the consumers discounts for the store, which is fraudulent..please help

The big wholesaler in Mansehra, Pakistan, whose shop is in Shahr Bazar Mansehra, who sell your brand of cigarettes, are very rude people, very rude to those who come to buy capstan, as you know capstan. There is a huge quantity sold here everywhere, but they do not provide this quantity equally to all the shopkeepers, but only to the people they like.

I request you to force them to correct their behavior and improve their behavior with customers, because of their bad behavior the sales of your brand has also decreased, more may come

I purchased a packet of twenty cigarettes from my local co-op store and upon opening the packet the [censored]s were actually bnh I bought the product on Saturday the 15 Oct 2022

I think reading from the packet the serial number is 63522g95

I've never had this problem. before and not sure how different brand cigarettes have ended up being in the qrong box. I hope we can resolve this. Many thanks Jade

Good day I purchased 3 packets of Pall Mall Purple.

Upon opening the first packet I noticed that some of the cigarettes were not fully filled with tobacco. There are gaps in the cigarette. I found about 6 cigarettes like that.

When I opened my second packet of cigarettes the first cigarette I took out was exactly the same as the others.

Cigarettes are already so expensive but to find those of cigarettes in a sealed packet that I bought is not quality branding checking nor is it quality brand packing.

How does cigarettes like tat end up on a sealed packet and distributed to consumers for purchasing.

Out of a packet of 20 only about 13/14 cigarettes was right. If not less because some I had to throw away and only when I found more like I decided to keep it as I decided I will be laying a complaint

I have smoked these cigarettes for more than 8 years now.

During covid lockdown we had to buy a cheaper brand of cigarette.

Once the stores were restocked, i reverted back to Pall Mall Menthol and my husband to Pall Mall Red.

Due to us being heavy smokers, we buy a carton at a time (weekly)

I was very disappointed when a number of my packets of cigarettes had a week seal on the side and the tabacco popped out making the cigarette un smokeable.

The papers on the pop section on the filters were also very thin.

Not like the quality cigarettes I normally smoke.

Very disappointed.

I purchased a packet of pall mall red 40 on 2/10/22 at on the run outlet at Salisbury that contain two different type of cigarettes with two different product codes which are 89088 and BE101 which I believe to be the correct product as I don't like the 89088 product and using all my funds to purchase I have to now miss out and wait until I can afford to replace them and hope I get the product that I wanted and are advertised and sold to me as and not some other product I have no idea what they are again

While smoking one of the cigarettes from this pack, it tasted really horrible my lips started to burn and when I put it out and looked at the filter I never seen this much chemical come out of a filter before and I’m actually a little scared what I just put in my lungs. so I saved it, along with the pack with the lot number. Am I going to get extremely sick? has there been any other complaints of a chemical taste? What would make turn so black on the end of the filter ? and only one of cigarette’s in the entire pack? The pack never touched water none of the cigarettes touched any water. it was a untouched pack with a plastic wrap still on it. September 29, 2022, 3:00pm.

They are awful tasting. I have smoked Pall Mall Orange 100's for about (8) years now and enjoyed the flavor just as much as Marlboro lights 100's to save money.

Out of the (6) packages I kept (4) that can be scanned.

Just tell me weather or not this is the new and AWFUL tasting cigarette for Paul Mall orange 100".

If so gentleman I would like a full refund.

Smoker Not Happy with Pall Mall orange 100's

Bought a packet of Pall Mall blue have been smoking this brand for years and not once have had any complaints, when i opened the packet one sigarette filter was not done properly and was loose from the rest of the sigarette. Batch number:13112C76 Bought the packet at Gregory's in Linden JHB on the 21/09/2022 Did not get the receipt for the purchase.

I bought a twenties pall mall red these are the only cigarettes I smoke .

On the 18th of September 2022 and in the packet 4 cigarettes the filter was cut or not put correctly and as a customer this like this should not occur I thought after the last incident I had there will be no more but there once again the same thing occurred and this is now the second time this has happened to me

I will not accept one packet as compensation like the last time this is not my fault it is your so I'd like feed back from you guys as soon as possible

I am writing from Finland and i have no idea if i am writing to the right place.

Today my husband bought usual red Pall Mall smokes package and ut happened that all filters were not well attached to smokes and just fell off.

That is first time happening with Pall Mall smokes, so we are very confused, is it only this package or maybe there is more defective packages in our shops.

I will sent pictures if they will help to explain what i mean!

The fillter of the cigarette is not properly glued makes it dificult to pull cigarette.

I bought the pack at Killarney mall pick n pay today at 11h47am

I have bought 3 packages of menthol kings over the last week and all 3 packs have had at least 1 the one pack had 4 destroyed cigarettes. I have smoked pall mall for I'd say 5 years and have enjoyed the quality of them but here lately I'd say in the last six months it's been horribly wrong in quality control this is actually the frist time that I've bought packs consecutively and all have defects. One had a month ago had a cigarette with no tobacco in the tube before that had half filter.

The last 2 months my boxes have not been cut correctly, thereby forcing me to break the box apart to get a cigarette out and my blood pressure is at boiling point, bought at our local Spar, Pick N Pay and Checkers Durban North, various dates,the last being today 27th July 2022 pictures attached. I smoke 2 boxes a day so this is really frustrating.

For the last several months, every pack of cigarettes I get has atleast 1-3 cigarettes that are torn up or has holes to the point they're unsmokeable. Also, the sticks inside the cigarettes are getting ridiculous. Atleast half of every pack has sticks inside the cigarettes. Where I live we are paying almost $8 a pack at a smoke shop and not able to smoke them all cause they're damaged or full of sticks.

I had 3 smokes in my packet that had perfect small holes in them. One with 5 one with 2. The third lit up on fire and singed my hair!

Not to mention that when you get to the end of the smoke it catches alight. Not all of them but at least 4 in every packet. This could be dangerous. Purchased at runaway bay shopping centre

I buy cartons Paul Mall XL Pulse. But the last 3 cartons have big problems with there quickly checks. Attached foto of your poor quality. Buy my cartons at Spar Geduld Springs. Paying R335.00 and every packet I need to throw away 3 - 5 cigarettes per pack. I buy every Sunday a carton at the same place. Spar Geduld Springs. You quality is BAD

Hi i live in mauritius and i bought a packet of red pall mall in a store call knight rider at quatres bornes plaines willems,when open there is 2 cigarette in a condition where it seem some kind of insect made several holes and eat the inside and the filter and am concerned for my health as i already smoke 4-5 cigarettes on it and for other people buying this brand,i want to contact the manufacturer before approaching any other institute here in mauritius

This is my first complaint, however what video am complaining about has been going on for over 6 months now.

The PM ZEST SWITCH, more often than once does not allow it to be popped. That little click thing that is supposed to add flavour just does not work at all. To make matters worse, of recent, I have noticed that those that do not pop, their filters are not full filters either.

This makes this cigarette stronger than usual.

Please try and resolve this, as it already costs a small fortune to smoke, then having to smoke something you are not wanting...well...

Come on guys, just because they are cheaper, don't allow the brand to be identified as cheap.

I do not expect anything, just for you to remedy the situation. I will however, keep complaining, if I feel you do not take cognisance of what I am asking.
