Pall Mall Cigarettes

Hi i live in mauritius and i bought a packet of red pall mall in a store call knight rider at quatres bornes plaines willems,when open there is 2 cigarette in a condition where it seem some kind of insect made several holes and eat the inside and the filter and am concerned for my health as i already smoke 4-5 cigarettes on it and for other people buying this brand,i want to contact the manufacturer before approaching any other institute here in mauritius

This is my first complaint, however what video am complaining about has been going on for over 6 months now.

The PM ZEST SWITCH, more often than once does not allow it to be popped. That little click thing that is supposed to add flavour just does not work at all. To make matters worse, of recent, I have noticed that those that do not pop, their filters are not full filters either.

This makes this cigarette stronger than usual.

Please try and resolve this, as it already costs a small fortune to smoke, then having to smoke something you are not wanting...well...

Come on guys, just because they are cheaper, don't allow the brand to be identified as cheap.

I do not expect anything, just for you to remedy the situation. I will however, keep complaining, if I feel you do not take cognisance of what I am asking.

I always purchase a cartoon every week and a half and this last one waz so stale and awful l never campaign but cigarettes are not cheap and I waz very upset. I always purchase faithful the same pallmall Black every time I'm comitted. Thank you for your time. Sincerely

Didn't realize it was missing the front piece that helps keep closed, so after opening and getting 1 out while talking with a friend I went to close it well tried to close it and I broke 3 cigarettes. I then put in purse got home a few cigarettes dumped out which broke 2 more of them. Cigarettes are not cheap at all and to break 5 was very disappointing quiet irratating. Bought today 6/7/22 around 2pm from Casey's General Store in Leon Ia.

The filters hold a black residue and black holes are they supposed because they never used to and just wondered because chemical they hold are harmful anyway and they have metal stickers they duty free kind of labels on left hand side some bought Tesco online and others bought at local shop report to Tesco offered a refund the other shop didn't at grahamsdyke as I had contacted you Tesco said they would but I would wait to see what you said

I stricktly agianst blacking this item so company should take serious action on my complaint

Over the past two weeks five filters out of every pack of cigarettes fall right off the cigarette. Sometimes when I'm just pulling it from the pack, other times when I'm driving and flick the ash. This is very dangerous and from what I see in other complaints an ongoing issue. I really like your cigarettes and would hate to have to switch brands due to this ongoing issue.

Good day. I have purchased a carton of sigarettes at my closest supplier, got a whole batch of incomplete sigarettes. Please see photo. This is unacceptable! Each packet of 20 sigarettes had at least 1-2 sigarettes incomplete, you can't even smoke it. I don't complain but this is the 2nd carton this year in this condition. Would love supporting you further because this is only a small fabric or packaging problem that can be corrected.

Ur smokes have gotten cheaper they don't burn right the heater falls off on every one and they are loose as an old hore Please go back to the way you made them before covid

I bought a pack of cigarettes today and a pack of cigarettes a week ago and it seems like there are mouldy cigarettes in the package I have a picture I kept the cigarettes I know it’s not good to smoke but I know it’s absolutely not good to smoke mouldy things I am very disappointed and I’m hope that doesn’t cause any problems because of the mould lord know how many I smoked before I noticed because the filter just fell right off the cigarette when I took it out of the package.

I recently bought four packs (20s) from PnP and to say I am disappointed is an understatement! Smoking XL cigarettes in less than 2 minutes is a total waste! The tabacco is not pressed tightly like its supposed to be OR I am only holding a filter with paper - NO TABACCO in. You are forcing me to quit the Pall Mall brand as the brand is failing me. I just bought a pack of cigarettes today 14 April 2022 in the pack I found more then 2 cigarettes with yellow stains and one is riped at the top making them hard to smoke as it seems they were still wet but I dont understand how that happens cause the pack was sealed

Hello I recently bought a carton of pall mall red kings same thing every week bay some and split them with my mom. Well this week I got one and they tasted funny I called my mom she said she didn't like them either and she wouldn't even smoke hers there still in her freezer do I was wondering did you guys change something are they going to taste like that from now on?

I brought a pack of cigarettes and they tasted strange so took one apart only to find that the butt was mouldy, I could not believe what I had found as I had been smoking them and I now know that I have been inhaling mould. I need someone to get in contact with me a d explain why this has happened and what u are going to do to resolve this issue? I have photos of the mouldy butts which I am more than happy to send to u

I would like to make a complaint regarding the quality change of the pall mall blue cigarettes, I have been smoking these cigarettes for over 15 years and never had a problem until recently, I have actually decided to change brands due to this problem.

The tobacco standard went down exponentially, the taste became nauseating and the cigarette doesn't burn well at all. Basically I have been paying more for less quality.

Please could you inform me of the changes you made as I know many people with the same complaints and they would like the old pall mall back, we are very disappointed about the downgrade of this cigarettes

Pack, lit it, and it almost choked me to death. It was menthol. But not a normal menthol. My boyfriend smokes pall mall green 100’s and he couldn’t even smoke it without choking. That was the strongest, nastiest cigarette I’ve ever smoked. I’ve smoked these for almost 10 years and am really considering not smoking them anymore in fear that I’ll get another one like that. 🤮

The filter on multiple cigarettes has many small holes. The smoke escapes through these holes and hardly any smoke is ingested. Makes smoking these defected cigarettes pointless, wastes of money.

I've smoked Pall Mall Blues for years now. Bought a pack yesterday. 3/6/22. Pack # 32J1NW9. They taste like they have pipe tobacco in them!

I dont pay $7.75 a pack for pipe tobacco!

I dont know what can be done about this but if the pack I but today tastes like pipe tobacco I am done with Pall Mall brand. You are cheating your customers by doing this. What we pay a pack! This is crap tobacco.

Me n hubby are pack a day smokers each and for last month or so in every pack as at least one if not more cigarette taste terrible. Kinda like clove but not really. Smells like dirty feet.. if it does taste fine my husband has to put it out early. Cause if he smokes a full one he feels sick. Something isn't right with this product lately. Only good thing is we smoke less n less so we are saving money

Pall mall has been my brand for many many years, but the last month every packet contains more and more faulty cigarettes. two or three pulls into a new cigarette and the entire filter comes off the cigarette. like it was never securely attached to the staff. Meaning I either have to "old school" smoke it-unfiltered or dump an entire cigarette.. money wasting. Please this can't continue.
