I purchased a new dishwasher and the extended warranty from their Brick NJ store. It was delivered and installed with no incident. 2 Years later, the machine started to behave erratically. I went to use the extended warranty. Now, they had 4 tries to fix the bad machine. In the meanwhile, I'm without a dishwasher. The 5th time they were supposed to show up to repair the machine again, they blew me off. No one showed. I called and complained and I was told the repair guy was sick and had called, texted, and emailed me. That was an out and out lie. I finally received an email 11 hours past the scheduled repair. I complained, and I was told I would be given a full credit on a new machine. I ordered a new machine, a better machine, and today was the scheduled delivery time. The tech's refused to install the machine until we got a plumber to turn off the water. I live on a home with a crawl space. I have no access. That is controlled by the HOA. So, now I wasted another day for this machine, and the installers came and went without removing the dead machine or installing the new machine. That was totally unacceptable. The installers barely spoke English. I could not understand what they were even saying. And the PC Richards manager, Mike, was useless. Now, I still have a dead machine, and a new machine that is still in the truck, and I'm stuck not knowing what to do or where to turn. This is highly unacceptable. Next time I will go to Lowes or Home Depot for an appliance. That is after being a loyal PC Richards customer for over 30 years.
Recommendation: Avoid PC Richards like the plague.
