I bought a stove for the soul intent of shipping it overseas. When they brought the item, they had unpacked it without my permission. Did not ask me if I wanted it in the box or not. Now I am left with a stove that I am going to have to pay money to repackage because there is no box. I contacted customer service only to be told there's nothing that they can do. That it was their practice to unpack things such as stoves to make sure that there's no damage. That is a lie. Less than a year ago I bought a store for my apartment and it came in the box.
