The PC Richard's service reps at the Grand concourse & Fordham RD store location in the Bronx, are pros and were very kind assisting me during my visit! The store Manager, Reuben was especially, exceptional in helping me with my concerns. Mr Reuben made me feel like I was the only customer in the store! This store looks very well maintained, with a large selection of electronics, appliances, mattresses, pillows and more to choose from! My experience at this store was so smooth and hassle free, that I will definitely make them my first choice for any future electronic, appliance & mattress purchases, and I would definitely and will recommend PC Richard's to anyone that will listen!
