I ordered a new Samsung /washer dryer, model # WD53DBA900HY and drawer for a total of $3826.64 and it took forever to get an answer from PC Richards, finally I called again today, and they said that they do not have it in that color, so I cancelled the order, the problem is they take up to three days to refund my $3826.64 back.
Also had issues with a new Samsung 85" tv, two delivery guys show up and did not install it, all they had to do is to place four screws and place it on the TV wall mount.

Recommendation: Do not buy from PC Richards
