I purchased a Frigidaire Side by Side Door online on Fri., 3/13/26. It was scheduled and delivered 1 week later. The delivery went fine. After the plastic protector was removed, we noticed a stain engraved into the right stainless-steel door that wouldn't come out. I also figured I will use the fridge until it gets exchanged, but that same night the refrigerator stopped cooling. I placed a fridge thermometer to see what the temp. was, and it showed that it gradually went from 40 degrees to 80 degrees. Luckily only a few of my food items were ruined before I realized it. I immediately called and spoke to customer service. I was then told that Manager, Mike would call me back that same day. That never happened. I then called the next day on Saturday morning to complain and try to get a same day delivery which I was told they don't do. Second Manager, Lee was supposed to call me back that same day and never did. Sunday customer service was closed. Now Monday, 3/23/26 I called and was told Manager, Lee is off today...how convenient. So Pat was able to schedule me, but the earliest availability was Thursday, 3/26. He told me that the exchange was approved, but that I was never put on the schedule to make the swap. I am so disappointed in the amount of unprofessional service regarding the speed and the no phone calls I received to try to resolve my issues. I even explained the urgency due to having small children. It is going on 3 weeks that I have no working refrigerator, but that made no difference to them. I will never purchase another item from PC Richardson and I will never recommend them to anyone else.
