Overstock.comIncorrect items shipped and bed assembly ridiculously difficult

I ordered a bed from Overstock.com almost 3 weeks ago. They promised the bed would arrive 5 days later, which I thought was reasonable. UPS then stated they lost the bed (how do you LOSE a bed?!) and then Overstock said they would resend the lost items in a separate, expedited shipment. UPS then found the first "lost" shipment, and resent it back to the address. The second shipment then arrived two days later and had to be returned.

Once the bed arrived, we began trying to assemble it. The instructions were VERY poor, little to no description, poor image descriptions, none of the furniture pieces were labeled to correlate with the instruction booklet, all of the screws and extra parts had NO explanation as to how they fit into which section, AND the boxes that the parts were shipped in were somewhat damaged, making it difficult to know whether the pieces inside were secure or not. Packaging on the outside of the boxes also made it difficult to know which furniture piece was which, due to a lack of labeling well for the user to see.

Lastly, I ordered a TWIN size bed frame, headboard, etc. The mattress was also supposed to be a twin size... but they sent a FULL size mattress. This item was opened first so it could properly "inflate" and once the size difference was noticed, all previous work to make the bed were futile since none of the aforementioned pieces would fit together without all of the sizes being the same!
