Orkin review: Invalid charges to my checking account. Refund request immediately.

In January 2023 I purchased a service for extermination. I made the payments as defined in the contract. As of May 2023 there were no additional payments to be made.

In June's 2023 another payment was taken from my account. Again in August & September. I contacted the local office out of Tyler and told them they had somehow started charging me again. The lady I spoke with told me it would be taken care of. I had not ordered additional services. I still have not received a refund. I called back again and spoke with another representative of orkin. They stated she had told the manager and he would call me when he wasn't busy. I have never received a call back. I have now had to change my bank acct, as I do not have a contract with your company and yet they want to continually debit my acct

This has caused a hardship for me in paying my other bills. I am disabled and live on a fixesd income. I want my money refunded. These charges are fraudulent in the fact I have not ordered anything or received anything for them.
