On 3/13, one of my kids accidentally started a fire in my bathroom, which completely destroyed it and caused smoke damage to my connected bedroom and hallway. We had a meeting with Neverman's on the same day to discuss the necessary repairs. We signed a contract that day, but unfortunately, some of the things they promised never happened.
Shortly after, they sent a crew to take away my furniture and clothes for cleaning, as well as to wash down the walls. However, since then, we have made numerous phone calls to find out when they would actually begin the work. Sadly, we either didn't receive any return calls or were given a bunch of excuses.
Even after 6 months, the bathroom remains unfinished, and the bedroom hasn't been touched at all. The other renovations that were promised haven't even been mentioned. It's been a frustrating experience, as I have been without my furniture and clothes for this entire time and all I want is for the job to be completed.
