CleanItSupply CleanItSupply Review: Great Website, Wide Selection, Decent Prices, One Issue with Product Quality

I gotta say, I really like CleanItSupply's website. It's super easy to use and it's got all these bright colors that make it fun to shop. And the best part? They've got a ton of different products from all kinds of brands, and the prices are pretty decent too!

Now, I do have one little issue with them. The last time we ordered from CleanItSupply, we got some gloves from The Protected Chef: by Impact (Size: Medium; Quantity: 100). And let me tell you, these gloves were not up to snuff. They were all stuck together and when we tried to pull them apart, they just tore apart. Not cool, man :(

But hey, I'm not gonna hold it against them too much. It's the first time we've had a problem with anything we've ordered from CleanItSupply, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully they can fix this issue for future orders!

Overall, I'm pretty happy with CleanItSupply's service. They've got a great website, a wide selection of products, and decent prices. And hey, everyone makes mistakes sometimes, right?

CleanItSupply Disappointing Customer Service and Missing Items from CleanItSupply Order

I'm still waiting for my 19" brown pads from CleanItSupply and I'm getting a bit frustrated. I haven't received any updates on my order and it's been a while since I placed it. When I first ordered, I received three tracking numbers and all three packages were delivered. However, I noticed that I was missing two different items, including the 19" brown pads.

I decided to call CleanItSupply and waited on hold for what felt like forever. When someone finally picked up, they were short with me and borderline rude. I explained that part of my order was missing and she cut me off mid-sentence, saying that it ships separately. I tried to explain that I only received three tracking numbers and that everything was delivered, but I was still missing two items. She kept repeating that it ships separately.

After a while, she asked for my order number and told me that there were actually four tracking numbers. I never received the fourth one, which was frustrating. One other item has shown up since then, but I'm still waiting for the 19" brown 3m pads.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the customer service at CleanItSupply. The person I spoke to on the phone was not helpful and seemed annoyed with me. I understand that items can ship separately, but it would have been nice to receive some sort of update or communication about my order. I hope that my missing items arrive soon and that I don't have to deal with this kind of frustration in the future.

CleanItSupply Avoid CleanItSupply at All Costs: Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Issues

I recently had an experience with CleanItSupply (cleanitsupply.com) that left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Unfortunately, I can't say that their customer service is bad because it's hard to even say it exists. I've been waiting patiently for both my packages and for a response from the CleanItSupply team regarding the delivery status. However, to my dismay, I have received neither a return call nor email, even though they promise to respond within 2 days of a message being left. What's worse, I have now found myself with no option to leave another message as the phone line mysteriously disconnects each time I try to do so.

I strongly advise anyone who needs cleaning supplies to avoid CleanItSupply at all costs. I only wish I had looked into them further before deciding to work with them. It's unfathomable to me that a business would dismiss its consumers like this at a time when people's lives are already under a lot of stress.

It's my opinion that this company has no right to be in business if they can't even provide their customers with the most basic level of customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting CleanItSupply with your cleaning supply needs; you're bound to be disappointed.

I recently had an amazing experience shopping at CleanItSupply! When my desk chair broke, I scoured the internet for a replacement that met all of my requirements. I needed a chair with leather, a high back, and arms that easily pivoted out of the way. Sadly, every chair I found required at least a week or two for delivery. That is when I discovered CleanItSupply, and I was absolutely thrilled when I learned that they could deliver my desired chair within a mere 1-3 days!

Even though I had never shopped with CleanItSupply before, I decided to give them a try. Their website was very user-friendly, and I could easily locate what I was looking for. When I required some assistance, I decided to make a call to their customer service number. To my pleasant surprise, I received a call back within just 15 minutes! The representative who spoke to me was kind and understanding, and he was able to answer all of my queries. Once my doubts were cleared, I managed to complete my order promptly and with ease.

Although it took a couple of days for the chair to be shipped, I was still ecstatic with my purchase, as I had my new chair with me within a reasonably short time frame, at around 5 days. In addition to this, I was highly impressed with the quality of the chair! Not only was it everything I wanted, but it was also comfortable and sturdy.

I highly recommend CleanItSupply to anyone looking for efficient and reliable service. With their easy-to-use website and exceptional customer service, coupled with prompt delivery, they have definitely earned my trust and my return business!

CleanItSupply Mixed Experience with CleanItSupply: Defective Product Leads to Frustration and Poor Customer Service

Initially, CleanItSupply (cleanitsupply.com) seemed like a promising place to shop for goods. Unfortunately, my experience with them was not perfect. I had to deal with an issue where I received a chair that I wasn't particularly happy with. The biggest problem was that I wasn't able to return it due to the fact that I didn't have a pipe wrench to disassemble the chair. I found it incredibly frustrating that this company would send out a defective product and refuse to offer a partial refund or set up a deal with a store or shipping company for in-person returns. It simply seemed like a weak excuse for poor customer service.

Nevertheless, despite my frustration, I did find that the CS representatives were generally pleasant to deal with. While response times were slow, this was not due to their end but rather because they had to wait for a response from the warehouse - which took about a week in my case. I do think that they could have done more to expedite the process though.

In the end, I was left with a chair that I wasn't entirely satisfied with, and was out $160. It's definitely not the outcome that I would have liked, but I think there were some lessons learned in this situation. If I were to shop with CleanItSupply again, I would be sure to carefully consider the return policy and make sure that I have all the tools necessary to make any necessary returns.

CleanItSupply Disappointing Experience With CleanItSupply: Delayed Tax Exemption and Poor Saturday Accessibility

I recently made a purchase from CleanItSupply (cleanitsupply.com) and must say that my experience was a bit disappointing. Although I was informed that I could apply for a tax exemption and that the process typically takes one day, things did not go as expected. I noticed a delay between the time I submitted a request for tax exemption and the time it took for someone to email me back asking for my customer ID, only to wait for them to be back on duty and apply the tax exemption. Due to the frustration, I eventually gave up and paid the tax myself.

It was alarming to see that things didn't go as smoothly as I was told they would. As a suggestion, I feel that CleanItSupply should stress to customers who are applying for tax exemption to provide their customer ID initially, as this could save a lot of frustration for everyone involved.

On a separate note, I found it quite difficult to reach anyone on Saturdays. Being unable to connect with anyone on that day added more to the frustration I felt, which was disappointing.

All in all, I hope CleanItSupply will take steps to improve their customer service and response time in the future, as it would certainly make for a better shopping experience overall.

CleanItSupply CleanItSupply.com Review: Poor Customer Service and Confusing Shipping Charges

Let me tell you about my experience with CleanItSupply.com. I recently placed an order online and at checkout, the S&H free shipping code wouldn't work. Frustrated, I decided to call their customer service hotline to sort it out. Throughout my conversation with two different representatives, they were helpful and accommodating, but unfortunately, the S&H charges of $55.35 remained on my order. I found this strange because I had received an advertisement offering free S&H codes from Clean It Supply. Later, I tried to contact them via email, but received no response.

Feeling dissatisfied, I decided to give their customer service department another call. This time, I was hoping for a more productive outcome, but unfortunately, nothing meaningful happened. The representatives I spoke to didn't seem to consider the fact that my order was over $100.00, which technically made me eligible for free S&H. It was especially frustrating because I had received a promotional code from Danny Dillon, who advertised it on the website.

In my opinion, CleanItSupply.com's customer service department could use some improvement. They ought to prioritize their customers' needs and provide quality support as a way of retaining business. After all, consistently good customer service is what keeps companies thriving.

While I'm thrilled with this website's discounted prices, I did experience an incident where a bottle of scentiva leaked during shipping. CleanItSupply Nightmarish Experience with CleanItSupply.com: Poor Customer Service & Damaged Package

I recently had a frustrating experience with CleanItSupply.com, and unfortunately cannot give them a positive rating. I ordered a package of 10 reams of copy paper, but was shocked to find that the box had been severely damaged in transit. Despite this, the delivery was still made and I was left with 5000 sheets of paper thrown haphazardly into a box that looked like it had been through a warzone.

Over the course of two weeks, I tried contacting the seller multiple times to address the issue, but was met with nothing but lies and excuses. They promised to have UPS pick up the damaged package, but failed to do so. I was left with this package on my doorstep for 12 days before I finally decided to contact Amazon for assistance. They were able to provide me with a tracking number and assured me that UPS would be picking up the package soon. However, to my dismay, the package still remained on my doorstep at 5:15 PM and had not been collected by UPS.

It was then I found out that the tracking number I had been given was merely ordered after my contact with Amazon, which left me feeling as though I had been lied to yet again. This situation was compounded by the fact that the customer service I received from CleanItSupply.com was one of the worst I have ever encountered. The company should be ashamed of their actions and lack of accountability.

The only saving grace in this entire ordeal was Amazon, who took swift action to remedy the situation. However, I was told by the seller that they may not use my negative review of their service. This only further highlights their lack of accountability and poor customer service. Overall, my experience with CleanItSupply.com was a complete nightmare, and I urge potential customers to be cautious before using their services.

CleanItSupply Disappointed with CleanItSupply.com's Customer Service and Pricing

I recently made an order on CleanItSupply.com for a product that I needed to be delivered. I was interested in purchasing the Boardwalk TP 6145, which I found to be priced lower than most other retailers. I decided to call their customer service to inquire about the product and was advised to wait and set up an account before placing my order. The following day, I created an account and noticed that the price had increased. I called customer service again to ask about the price increase and was told that it would drop back down soon.

However, it has been almost two months or maybe even longer, and the price has not dropped back down. Despite my dissatisfaction with the way CleanItSupply.com does business, I decided to go ahead and place my order for the product anyway.

Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of follow-through on the part of CleanItSupply.com. I had high hopes for their customer service and pricing, but unfortunately, my experience has not lived up to my expectations. Despite this, I am still hopeful that my order will be delivered in a timely manner and that the product will meet my expectations. Thank you.

CleanItSupply Quality Cleaner, Disappointing Packaging: My Review of Cleanitsupply

I recently made a purchase from Cleanitsupply and ordered 10 of the 64oz. Refills. When the package arrived, I noticed that one of the shipping boxes held 6 of the bottles. Unfortunately, the box was not strong enough to hold the weight of the bottles, and there were no separators to prevent damage. As a result, one of the bottles was damaged and spilled its contents in the box. This was quite disappointing, as I have ordered 6 bottles from various vendors in the past, and over half of the deliveries were damaged, resulting in different amounts of the cleaner being spilled.

I had hoped that Cleanitsupply would have shipped the bottles in stronger boxes with protective separators, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The typical shipping damage was evident, and it was clear that the box was not designed to handle the weight of the bottles. While I appreciate the convenience of ordering from Cleanitsupply, I was disappointed with the lack of care taken in packaging the bottles for shipment.

Despite this issue, I must say that the quality of the cleaner itself is excellent. It is effective in removing tough stains and leaves surfaces looking clean and shiny. I have used this cleaner in the past and will continue to do so in the future. However, I do hope that Cleanitsupply will take steps to improve their packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

CleanItSupply Disappointing Experience with CleanItSupply - Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order for some mop handles on April 3rd from CleanItSupply (cleanitsupply.com). However, it's been over two weeks now and I still haven't received any shipping status. I tried to get in touch with them by sending two emails, but unfortunately, both were ignored. I even made two phone calls to their customer service, but the first representative promised to contact the warehouse and get back to me, which never happened. The second representative informed me that the warehouse was moving, which was causing the delay, but still couldn't provide me with any kind of estimated time of arrival (ETA).

I mean, come on, 15 days just to move a warehouse? That seems a bit excessive to me. If anyone in management is reading this, I just want to let you know that we've been a loyal customer of your company for a while now, but this experience has left a bad taste in our mouths. We spend a fair amount of money with your company, or at least we used to. I believe that you can do better than this and I hope that you take this feedback seriously.

I recently had an experience with CleanItSupply that left me feeling a bit disappointed. One of the main reasons I decided to purchase from CleanItSupply was their promise to ship products out the same day as long as the order was placed by noon. This was a critical factor for me as I needed the paper towels I was ordering quite urgently. I placed my order at 11AM feeling confident that the product would be shipped out that day, however, to my disappointment, the product did not ship until the next day. This delay was frustrating because I had made my purchase on the basis of the promise that the product would be shipped quickly.

Given my experience, I am left skeptical about making another purchase from CleanItSupply. While the customer service was good and the products were of good quality, the delay in shipping was a significant inconvenience that makes me hesitant to do business with this company again. If CleanItSupply were to improve their processing times and ensure that their shipping times were more accurate, I would likely consider making another purchase in the future. Until then, however, I will be looking to other vendors to meet my paper towel needs.

CleanItSupply Disappointing Experience Shopping on CleanItSupply: Damaged Product and Inconvenient Returns Process

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience shopping on CleanItSupply (cleanitsupply.com). While the pricing was certainly attractive, the delivery of my order was a complete letdown. Upon receiving my shipment of paper, I discovered that every single ream had been damaged in transit and was completely unusable. This was a huge inconvenience for me, as I had been relying on this paper for an important project. I couldn't believe that this had happened and was even more frustrated at the thought of having to go through the process of getting a replacement.

Thankfully, the customer service team was very helpful and understanding when I expressed my concerns about the damaged product. Even so, I was still not satisfied with the overall experience. The fact that I had to go through the trouble of packaging up the damaged paper and sending it back to CleanItSupply was incredibly frustrating. At my age, lifting and packaging reams of paper is no easy task, so this was certainly not something I wanted to deal with.

All in all, my experience with CleanItSupply was disappointing. While the pricing may be tempting, be aware that there may be issues with the quality and delivery of your order. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking for a hassle-free experience.

CleanItSupply Frustrating Payment Experience with CleanItSupply: A Review

My recent experience with CleanItSupply left me feeling a bit frustrated, but also determined to share my thoughts with others who may be considering doing business with them. In all fairness, I must start by saying that initially, the process seemed quite straightforward and easy. However, when I attempted to make my purchase through PayPal, things went awry very quickly.

I tried several times to complete my payment, but each attempt resulted in my payment being declined with no explanation provided by any of the parties involved - CleanItSupply, PayPal or even my own bank. Naturally, this was incredibly frustrating, and I was left wondering what I could do to complete my transaction successfully.

To their credit, the team at CleanItSupply were responsive in their attempts to help, but unfortunately their hands were tied as they explained that they could only go by what PayPal told them, and were unable to override any of PayPal's procedures. They explained that the issue may lie with my bank, but even after consulting with them, it was still unclear where the problem lay.

Now, I don't claim to be a payment-processing expert by any means, but it strikes me that this sort of issue should be relatively easy to resolve in this day and age. For that reason, I feel that CleanItSupply should be taking a closer look at their payment processing system to ensure that customers like myself, who experience issues like this, do not become frustrated and ultimately choose to shop elsewhere.

All that said, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that the products offered by CleanItSupply do appear to be of a high quality, and prices seem to be competitive. But as someone who values a seamless customer experience, I would hesitate to do business with them again until I was certain that payment processing issues had been sorted out.

CleanItSupply Disappointed with CleanItSupply's Customer Service: An Honest Review

I ordered a wonderful poly wool duster from CleanItSupply's online store, cleanitsupply.com, hoping to keep my living space sparkling clean. However, I faced an unexpected challenge when I did not receive my order for over a month. As a concerned customer, I contacted their Customer Service to inquire about the status of my order. Thankfully, Bailey from their Customer Service team soon responded with a sincere apology for the delay and quickly expedited my order.

However, my joy was short-lived when I received a synthetic duster instead of the poly wool one I had ordered. Despite emailing Bailey and explaining the situation, they insisted that the correct duster had been sent. Frustrated and feeling helpless, I decided to take a photo of the duster I received along with my original order and emailed it to Bailey on November 2,2020, hoping for a swift resolution.

Unfortunately, since sending the photo, I have not heard anything from Bailey in Customer Service, which has left me feeling disappointed and let down, to say the least. Despite this negative experience, I am a big fan of CleanItSupply in general and would still recommend their products and services to others. However, as a concerned customer looking for clarity and a resolution to this issue, I truly hope that CleanItSupply takes my feedback seriously and addresses this issue as soon as possible.

To start off, I placed an order with CleanItSupply and was shocked to see the exorbitant shipping charge that accompanied it. Immediately, I decided to cancel my order, but it seemed that the process was not going to be as simple as pressing a "cancel" button. I tried to cancel my order within the fifteen-minute window allowed, but as soon as I requested it, I was placed on hold for an extended period. Unfortunately, the agent did not come on the line in time, and the time limit to cancel had elapsed.

In retrospect, it seems that CleanItSupply's policy of giving their clients a mere 15-minute window to make such an important decision is quite unrealistic. Moreover, the idea that they kept me on hold for an extended period till my time was up, thus preventing me from canceling my order, was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional!

What's even more disheartening is the fact that for a company of this magnitude, their customer service team takes forever to resolve issues. CleanItSupply Cheap Prices, Terrible Service: My Experience with CleanItSupply

Three months ago, I made an order with CleanItSupply (cleanitsupply.com). I was informed that my product would take between four to six weeks to arrive. However, since then, I have received multiple emails from CleanItSupply urging me to buy more products while their inventory lasts. Unfortunately, my initial order still hasn't been shipped out, and I'm encountering nothing but frustration from their customer service reps.

I'm at my wits' end with CleanItSupply. Despite canceling the credit card I used to purchase my order, the company appears to be stalling in refunding my money. Seeing that other customers on this platform have also encountered this problem only adds to my dissatisfaction.

Due to the current pandemic, it is understandable that many products may be out of stock. However, my recent purchase from CleanItSupply (cleanitsupply.com) of Pine Sol Baby was packaged well, albeit with a few minor dents in the bottle which were a bit of a nuisance.

While I did provide my email address for confirmation and shipping purposes, I found myself inundated with daily emails from CleanItSupply. This sort of unsolicited advertising can be quite off-putting for many customers, including myself. It is not fair and it is a hassle to unsubscribe from multiple emails per day. Unfortunately, it seems that many companies are guilty of this practice.
