Orange review: service

The service and treatment I encountered when I went into the Orange store at Puerta de Sol to ask a question about my service was shocking and disgraceful. This happened first by a male attendant and then with the manager who also happened to be male. Their dismissive and then intimidating treatment towards me, was I am sure, as a result of me a female on my own could be made to wait as attending to male customers was more important. Their rudeness and chauvinistic behaviour was apparent to all. One male customer tried to speak up in my support, he told the attendant that I had been waiting Longer and that it was my turn to be attended but that was also rudely dismissed. I left the store without the service I required and will certainly terminate service with this company who has such little regard for the customer specially if female.
