I’ve already submitted previously. Too much to type again, but photos will speak for themselves. My husband and I wasted around $150 on the ordd asl in electric toothbrushes (x2), after his genivitus diagnosis. Can’t use now, unhealthy build up of mold and mildew on the product. Despite cleaning several times a week, it still looks like the photos attached.

Desired outcome: Refund since we can’t use due to health concerns. Danger to our health.
