I was prescribed Tremfya for my medical condition at first it was approved for 21 doses I got 2 by the expiration date of the authorization then it was denied several times. I was on the brink of dying before taking the Tremfya it put me into remission . They denied it first time for not having enough information but they had all the information in my file from the start including hospital records and treatment plans

Claimed loss: Loss of the medication put me back into a severe risk of colon cancer and surgical removal of my entire large intestine including the rectum

Desired outcome: Financial compensation for distress, loss of time for having to deal with the situation and aggravation
