Called ORX and spoke to Dora or Dona. The woman would not let me speak and continued her reading of her script. Told me I had to wait for 2 days for CVS to fill or wait 4 days for ORX to ship to me. She could not override a few days supply locally until the normal supply is received. She would not listen to me, she kept on droning on and on. I asked for a supervisor, she said the supervisor couldn't do anything beside what that she has already told me. She kept talking and talking. After asking for a supvr times, I finally told her to stop talking, shut up and get a supervisor. In 2 years, this has been the most frustrating call I'm made to OptumRX. Teach your people to LISTEN and not just talk!
