Medication ordered June 28. Optum Rx website informed me that medication to arrive between July 1 and July 4. Today is July 13 and medication still has not arrived. There's no ETA either.

Chatted with Optum Rx, they had no clue there's a delay in delivery, took no responsibilities or efforts to get the medication to me quickly knowing that I am out of medication. They said it will take another three days to process the new order, and they don't have ETA for the new order.

I canceled OptumRx and moved my medication to elsewhere that would provide much better care and services.

Recommendation: Avoid OTPUMRx
