I received a copay card for a high dollar prescription. The manufacturer also included a debit card as a back-up. Optum would not accept the copay card and when I questioned that, I was told to go back to the manufacturer. I asked if Optum if they had record of the Copay Card and they said that as long as I have the debit card, that's all they cared about. So that's the bottom line, get a prescription for a $3k monthly drug, screw the customer because we don't care about their copay discount and pay up. Rep was rude - he acted like the refill was a collection call. Think I'll look elsewhere, if possible.
