I've been trying since mid March or early April to get a replacement card. After waiting the 7-10 business days for the second or third time on April 14 I called again, and they said my card had been sent on the 15th. Then on the 18, I called again, and they told me to wait longer. As of today May 3, 2025 I still have not received a card. The online reps are not helpful at all, and they all appeared to have not been honest when they said they'd order a card for me. I'm very frustrated and would simply like a replacement Please.
