I placed a call to Optimum to report bad service in my apartment. Optimum sent out a technician who replaced the modem and router. When I received my bill, I was charged for a service call that indicated that there were internal wiring changes. I disputed the charge as there were no wires changed as I was present for the appointment. Furthermore, Optimum indicated that I signed a work order upon completion of the job and I said I did not sign anything. After requesting a copy of the work order from Optimum the copy they provided includes a signature that is not mine. I have called for over 2 weeks to try to resolve this matter with someone at Optimum and have received nothing but a run around with reps telling me they have to relay on what the technician said even though the signature on the work order is NOT mine. I want this matter resolved.
