I have two cottages at NJ shore. I signed up with Optimum sales area and they promised me a gift card of $100.00 for each house if I paid my bills on time and keep the service for at least 3 months. At about months 3 and 1/2 they sent an e-mail to say my gift cards were on the way but I never did get them. Since these were summer houses I rent, I discontinued my service in September and October of 2021 but sill expected my gift cards (I received them last year with this same situation).
I started calling them in early October and was bounced from Sales Dept to Customer Service to Billing. I was told it appeared I did everything correctly and to call Altice Gift Center at [protected].
No one answers the phone despite the fact they say they are staffed but I left several messages for a callback and got none! Then for a period of time, I would call and the mail box was full.
Today on Wednesday, December 1, I called Optimum's main number for Customer Service and Braley told me he would transfer me to the sales area. I spoke to the Sales area and they sent me back to Customer Service. Then I got a representative named Hagr, who flat our tole me I don't qualify. She say there is nothing she can do. No one would allow me to escalate the call to a higher person in charge.

Dates: May to September and October 2021 - All Bills paid on time, I was promised the $100. for each which I thought would cover my installation costs.
