I have had optimum for a month and have had the worst experience as of yet. I have never dealt with this many issues with any provider and am on the verge of cancelling. my cable service is not working, I placed a call Thursday 1/2. the technician did not arrive at the specified time and was not able to fix the problem. Since I have waited on hold for hours on end and I have not been given a solution. This is absolutely ridiculous I have requested for management to call and have no gotten any response. I am currently paying a monthly fee for absolutely no reason. I can not believe that this is how you treat a new customer
