My package was delivered to the incorrect address, since ontrac does not have a telephone number that you can contact and speak with a live person. My only recourse was to chat and send an email through their website. After going this route there is no follow up, your being told to wait 2 days and 2 hours for a call back and nothing. I paid good money for my items and a shipping fee to receive in a timely manner. I responded as soon as I received the text alert that it was delivered, I looked out the door and nothing went downstairs ask the security guard and nothing. I sent several emails and nothing. This company should be investigated for theft, they are the last in possession and mis delivery with no accountability, poor customer service, lack of concern for other property or money. They shouldn't be allowed to operate if they cannot provide adequate customer service over the phone, you shouldn't have to wait for an e-mail response for a package you paid for and then they told me to contact the seller, I guess my complaining was too much for them. Once again, Investigate and shut down they are a poor courier service, and they are stealing people packages claiming to have dropped it off. WERE, not proof of delivery available online. Terrible company, if I buy online and see that use Ontrac, they are going to lose my business aint buying from no online store that use Ontrac as their delivery source.

Claimed loss: 400.00

Desired outcome: full refund for my package, taking off work to wait only for it to be mis delivered. Package is probably not retrievable since it was dropped off at the wrong address.
