Numerous packages that were shipped through OnTrac are not delivered and sitting at the Commerce Ca location. I have had no issues with packages being delivered through FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Ontrac is horrible trying to call is impossible sat on hold for and hour finally hung up. Sent them numerous emails and still no response on where my items are. Nordstrom had to even send out a new item that I was suppose to receive days ago. I would never use this company for shipping.

I finally got a hold of Ontrac today after waiting on hold for 40 minutes. They apologized and said they were going to look into it and start a claim. I too have had my deliveries say they are coming the next day and never do I receive them. This morning it said two of my packages were delivered to my home but never received them and I am home all the time with my security cameras on. Only shipment I received yesterday was from UPS. 
I have read so many issues people are having with Ontrac and don’t understand where are all these missing packages going too? Thankfully I have been refunded also from the online stores that I have purchased from. I just don’t understand how all the other shipping companies UPS, FedEx, and USPS I never have had an issue. I also don’t understand why companies even use Ontrac for shipping service if there are so many cases like this. I mean I have read so many complaints about Ontrac even on yelp they have low ratings.
 
            
I have been using a weekly food service for a few years with delivery from different companies. Ontrac has been the one they use lately. Last week my package never arrived. On their tracking page it showed it arrived in Sacramento on the 12/06 and would be delivered on the 6th and since then it has not. Every evening it was updated to say next day. I called the sender and they have refunded my purchase price on the 9th. Yesterday I talked with the shipper again after this weeks order has still not arrived. Should have been here the 11th. Same tracking info. At our facility and will be shipped next day again and again. Last night I sent email to shipper about problem again and they said they were looking into the issues and that they had requested Ontrac to discard the first order because it was spoiled. This morning I checked the tracking for the order on the 6th and it says that they discarded it. How come they could throw it away so quickly yet not even respond to my emails earlier this week asking why it never arrived? Are they eating my food for lunch everyday?
