OneTravel – One Travel trying to defraud me for 170.00

On March 19th, I booked a flight from the Philippines back to the States and paid with my secretary's credit card. One hour later, I kept getting calls from an unknown number and then an email saying the advance seating charge had failed due to the credit card. the flight was still ok, but I had to pay the 170 dollars on a different card. MAKES NO SENSE.
