Exellent, you have your shuttle arrive and departure. Car is in a good spot under vigilance.

This parking service is great! They have shuttles that come and go, so you don't have to worry about getting to and from the airport. Plus, they keep an eye on your car and make sure it's in a safe spot.

On Air Parking I had a really expensive experience with On Air Parking

I had a really expensive experience with On Air Parking. My brand new car, only 3 months old, got messed up while it was parked at the Hn Garden Inn near *** airport. I left my car there from 6/27-7/1, and when I came back on the evening of 7/1, I saw that the right rear bumper had a hole in it and, even worse, the passenger window on the driver's side was shattered. The hotel said they would give the security camera footage to the police when they're contacted, but everyone is denying responsibility for the damage and filing a police report. Yeah, I have insurance, but I have to pay a $1000 deductible for the repairs! They told me the hotel had security and cameras watching the parking lot, and you could even see my car from the front entrance of the hotel. Well, that didn't help me at all!

On Air Parking I used the airport parking service

I used the airport parking service. I left my car in the parking lot. When I came back, they told me the hotel moved my car using a flatbed tow to another spot in the parking lot. Nobody told me they would move my car. My parking brake was on, so they knew they were towing it and causing damage to my car. I contacted the company, but they haven't responded. Now I don't have a reliable way to get around, and my car needs repairs.

I booked and paid in advance for airport parking for my trip during Christmas holidays from 12/23 to 12/31. The seller gave me a reservation and confirmation code: CBDE3A57-7. On December 21st, just 2 days before my trip, they told me that the parking lot couldn't fit my car because they had too many bookings. They refunded my credit card. I guess they found people who were willing to pay more than what I agreed to for parking during the busiest time. Now I'm stuck because all the other parking lots are full for those dates, and I have to hurry to find a new place to park.

On Air Parking I used this company for parking offsite

I used this company for parking offsite. When I got back from my trip, my car was damaged. I took some pictures and sent them to the company. They told me three times that they would fix it, but nothing happened. It's been about 4 weeks since I first complained. I texted them, emailed them, and talked to someone there three times, but they still haven't given me an answer. I spent $325 to get my car cleaned, hoping it would fix the damage, but it didn't. It's really frustrating because my car is new, only 4 months old. They promised to fix it, but they haven't done anything yet.

On Air Parking I found this website on the *** site

I found this website on the *** site. It clearly says that parking starts at *** per day when I enter the airport location. But you can't actually buy parking at this price. Not on any day or at any time. Even though I already have my flight booked, I tried 100 other dates and the price still showed as *** per day. I called the number listed and the person told me that "they have no control over pricing and it will show a price if it WAS EVER offered at that price?" So the website and the person I talked to confirmed the price starts at *** per day, but you can't actually buy parking at this location for this price as stated on the ***. The person kept saying over and over that because at one time it was offered at this price (how many years ago was that?), that's why they can list this price? I said, does this make sense to you? If I was going to get gas and it was showing *** per gallon and the attendant said "no, it is 6$ per gallon, but at one time we did sell it at *** per gallon"? I can fully understand if maybe it was a holiday or that the dates I chose weren't available, but the issue is, at no date can you buy parking at this *** for ***. This is bait and switch in my opinion.

On Air Parking Horrible experience in ***

Horrible experience in ***. Reservation code 757BF88E04.3/28 - 3/31 2022. Booked for three days ahead of time. I called and verified that everything was good to go. I arrive to Manhattan and the person at the location just told me they are full. Ok? I have a reservation. I was ignored. In the meantime, my pregnant wife and 2yr old daughter are waiting for me at the hotel. I call ON AIR PARKING, no response. I call again, left a message. No response. Nothing I was on hold waiting for an agent. NOTHING. At this point, I had to go to another location to get parking. I was charged $210 total. I asked ON AIR PARKING if they could help me recover these charges since they did not have my BOOKED parking spot but they are just refusing to get back to me. They refunded the $49.96 I originally paid but after that there has been No feedback. No answer. I would advise customers to BE AWARE, they DON'T care about the customer and if you are in a bad situation, you are on your own. On top of that, I don't know where they get the reviews on their website because I would very gladly like to go and leave my own review but I am not able to so I was only able to leave a review on *** Attached you will find proof of the $210 I paid for parking. My request would be for ON AIR PARKING to pay the difference.

On Air Parking On May 28, 2022, I made a reservation for airport parking with On Air Parking

On May 28, 2022, I made a reservation for airport parking with On Air Parking. My reservation number D7CD9D-2 was for parking from May 29 to June 3, 2022, a total of 6 days. I paid $32.49 for this service. The website said the parking was "convenient and secured airport parking" and had 5-star ratings. I followed through with my reservation and parked my 2020 *** Expedition at the assigned parking lot on May 29, 2022. When I returned on June 3, 2022, I couldn't find my vehicle. I asked the staff where it was, and they told me that there had been several vehicle thefts in the parking lot. They advised me to file a police report. I immediately contacted the police and left a message for On Air Parking to inform them about the stolen vehicle. They called me back the next day, but didn't offer any assistance in identifying the thief or how my vehicle was stolen. They also didn't offer a refund for my reservation. It took 12 days for my vehicle to be recovered after reporting the theft from the supposedly "secured and convenient" On Air Parking. Unfortunately, my vehicle suffered significant damage and had to be declared a total loss. I had to pay a $500 deductible fee through my insurance. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by On Air Parking, as my vehicle was stolen while using their service. I am requesting a refund of the original parking fee of $32.49 and compensation of $500.00 for the insurance deductible. I have attached the police reports and the insurance claim for the stolen vehicle.

I wanna complain and get my money back for the trouble I had with your company yesterday. First, I didn't know you rented spaces at different parking lots. I usually park at Peachy but got sent to Pre-Flight. My departure was fine, no real problems there except they told me I had to be dropped off at the domestic terminal and take the train to international. It was tiring not knowing when and how we'd be picked up, especially with my elderly mom. When we got back last night and called the number they gave us, they said they don't pick up from international and I had to take the train to the domestic terminal for pick up. That might've worked if someone had answered the phone before I walked all the way out of the airport. The manager said they hadn't picked up from the international terminal in over 2 years. I ended up spending $20 on a taxi to get my car, but the parking attendant wouldn't let the driver take me to my car. They wanted to charge him for coming on base and couldn't take me to find my car either. When I finally walked to get my car, I tried to check out but the parking attendant said I was in the wrong line and had to wait and move to another line. This is the second problem I've had with you guys, and I've tried to give you another chance but it just keeps getting worse. I want a full refund for the parking and the $20 for the taxi. This is my only attempt to fix this before I contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. Please email me back so we have a record of this unprofessional issue.

On Air Parking After I paid On Air Parking for temporary car parking at *** (Motor Parks, LLC) [reservation # BCB88F5E-2] from 11/15

After I paid On Air Parking for temporary car parking at *** (Motor Parks, LLC) [reservation # BCB88F5E-2] from 11/15 through 11/18, I had to pay an extra $114 when leaving the garage. This happened because the two companies didn't have a reliable system for customers to retrieve their cars at 4 a.m. when there are no staff members available to manually verify On Air reservations. When I parked my car on 11/15, I had a feeling that it might be difficult to retrieve it at 4:00 Thursday morning. So, as I left the garage, I went to the garage office and spoke to the Motor Parks agent ***. She told me to email her the On Air reservation, which I did, but it didn't help. On both 11/15 and 11/16, I contacted On Air Parking with the same concern, and they directed me back to the garage. On 11/15, I spoke to Motor Park's *** on the phone and explained my concern about retrieving my car before normal business hours. *** told me to look for on-site security and print a hard copy of my On Air reservation/proof of payment to make it easier for security to validate, as digital copies might make them suspicious. This morning, 11/18, what I was afraid of actually happened. As instructed, I arrived at the parking garage at 4:15 this morning with a printed copy of my On Air reservation/proof of payment in hand. I looked for a security guard to manually validate my exit, but there was no security officer to be found. I checked the office/booth on the ground floor, honked my car horn, and called out for security on the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st parking levels, and then again at the exit, but no one responded. I waited for about 7 minutes but couldn't find a security officer on-site to help me exit. Worried about being late, I reluctantly paid another $114 to leave the parking garage.

On 12/20, I made a reservation 824C0454-6 for parking for 14 days in ***, *** for a prepaid total of $130.85. The reservation was for 7/28/22 and 8/11/22. On 7/26/22, I got a text confirming my reservation. At 6:45am on 7/28/22, I went to the hotel and asked the front desk person where to park. He said "the location had changed" and they weren't working with On Air Parking anymore. He didn't know anything else, and I had no parking 2.5 hours before my flight. On Air Parking wasn't open until 9am, so I had to go to *** and park in the economy lot while I waited for a reply to my text. 2 hours later, the On Air Parking Representative said they knew the hotel wasn't working with them anymore, but they were supposed to accept my reservation. They asked for the receipt from the airport parking so they could review it and come up with a solution. They also wanted my PayPal email address to forward it to their reimbursements team. On 8/10/22 at 10:59pm, I sent pictures of the parking ticket and receipt showing a charge of $406.00. On 8/11/22 at 9:33am, they replied and said they would forward the information to their reimbursements team. They asked me to give them *** business days to review and process the request. On 9/1/22, I contacted the company again and they asked for a reservation number. They said they could only cancel the reservation and give me a full refund because they weren't partners with the facility anymore. They said I should expect a full refund on the card I used for the reservation in about 2-5 business days. They also said their reimbursements team reviewed it and unfortunately, they declined it.
