Don't use this service. They are advertised as a private car transfer service but in fact just dispatches drivers who arrive late at the time of the scheduled pick up. In LAX, the car I reserved arrived 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time.

The worst experience. I booked my ride to the airport with 6 weeks anticipation. They charged my credit card for the booking. They cancelled my reservation a day before my trip with the only explanation that the "provider did not want to do the service". I could not find another company because with only one day and due to the high season, it was the 4th of July weekend. It was difficult to make a last-minute reservation. I never got my money back. Big scam!

This review is a bunch of crooks. I got a reservation confirmation and all. When I land, I get a text telling me to make a reservation with another company. I call the customer service number, and they tell me the other company don't pay them, don't exist, and I need to make another reservation.

I told the person this is a scam. I know South ***, this is a typical South *** scam.

We will be getting l our money back. *** these guys. Don't use them.

I'm the only one here with a good review but I thought I'd post it anyways. My experience was perfect from beginning to end. I got texts and calls before both pick-ups, the drivers were polite and on time. I was shocked to find out that this service is actually a middleman for those "other" rideshare programs, but it was nice to have everything arranged and paid for in advance (no extra fees) and I didn't have to wait in long lines or worry about making the ride plans. I would definitely use them again!

Our ride never showed up. We had a pickup scheduled at 4 AM and at 4:10, we got a text telling us to find another way to the airport. When I called the number from the text, the driver said he was 60 miles away. When I asked why he didn't call us earlier, the driver said he was too busy driving. We were still charged for the ride that never showed. There's no phone number to call and they stopped answering emails. Airportshuttle.com gave our ride to *** and *** told Airportshuttle that the ride was given. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. This company seems like a scam.

I booked a private SUV to pick me up from the airport and take me to the hotel. However, the ride didn't show up. I tried contacting customer service through email, phone, and text, but even after three weeks, I haven't received any response. I called the dispatch number, but it went straight to voicemail with no reply. Their so-called 24-hour service is definitely not great. Eventually, we managed to get a response from the "driver" through text. Surprisingly, the driver had another customer in the vehicle and claimed that he didn't work for airportshuttles.com. He told us to seek a refund through our credit card. Unfortunately, the dispute was closed without a refund. Now, I have to reopen the case to get my money back. This whole situation wasted several hours of my time and I had to spend extra money on an alternative transportation. I strongly advise against using Airportshuttles.com! It's been a terrible way to start a much-needed vacation.

Don't use this website for booking rides or offering services. My company, *** LLC, provided airport shuttles for over a year and received consistent 5-star ratings without any missed trips or passenger complaints. However, AirportShuttles.com had terrible communication with both providers and passengers, never answering calls or replying to emails. They also consistently paid us late and then suddenly scammed us by increasing their commission from 12% to 45% without our approval. As a result, they withheld our payment of around $7k, which is a clear violation and scam. We also received feedback from numerous passengers who didn't receive the service they paid for and were not given refunds. It's important to note that AirportShuttles.com is not a transportation company but merely a platform for booking transfer providers. It's truly shameful to be stolen from in this manner. We helped them grow and gain worldwide recognition, but now they have betrayed both us and the passengers.
