The employee of Omantel think's they are the customers that's why they don't bother to do their work on time or they don't bother to update the status of your concern or complaint because no progress. Even how many times you contact them to remind them which is already frustrating from customer side but they really don't care. It's the worst customer service ever. We have more branch and the rest of our branch we opened Ooredoo and this is much more better because they will assist you until the issue is solved and always updates you as well. We are just waiting for our others stores contract to be finish with Omantel so we can transfer to Ooredoo.
Recommendation: Better put expats or professional local employee in your management team or in your account manager positions. Also give proper training to your employees in handling customer complaint.
