When my coins already arrived to their main wallet, and they make every difficulties to put into my wallet, there was all proofs on the chain, but still they are telling me to wait, endless wait. I lost 20000 usd because the wait, I believe they used my coin to trade during the time of wait, profit into their pocket

Google Authenticator has been deleted from my phone. Now I can't withdraw money. I sent several messages to the support to delete Google Authenticator. It uploads my documents. I upload my documents, but the support doesn't do anything and doesn't delete the code. I haven't been able to withdraw money from the exchange for several months. There is a weak exchange

Garbage can no longer be garbage and its functions are completely robber logic. The same is true for leveraged liquidation operations such as bundled contracts. The stop-loss market of the stupid platform will not trigger the stop-loss price when it is frozen.

I downloaded this app to trade a specific cryptocurrency. Once I set up my account, I transferred some BTC from my Coinbase account without a problem at all. Smooth transfer. Then I attempted to trade the BTC that I received, this is when it informed me that the app is not supported in the US. It will not even allow me to withdraw my BTC or send it to another account. My money is stuck there, I reached out to the customer support, all they did was acknowledge the issue and apologize.. now I am out a significant amount of money with no solution or reason.

For over 2 weeks a seller is saying I have not played (this is a lie), okx have asked for evidence, I have sent, but they keep on finding new reasons not to release my crypto. I am $200 out of pocket, but again thy have said seller has provided proof. Which he can not do because I have paid and shown proof. Am am at a loss to what to do, I think the person is in cahoots with the seller, okx do not have a separate complaints department (a department to complain about their support team). I also think sellers need banned, support workers need reprimanded, and okx should offer compensation.

Hi, I’ve got and account with the company above and I’m waiting for my money since the 5th of January 2024.

Keep showing “in progress” and I’ve spoke several times and they keep advise me to do some kind of test and is very hard and I keep missing the answers, I’ve made clear with them that I just want my money back but they keep ignoring me and this is ridiculous as been more than 1 month and I don’t know what’s happening.

I have made a profit of $40,000 and try withdraw the funds, I was told to pay 5% tax, after I pay that tax on 5%, then the customer said I have to pay another fees, and they said once I pay the fees, the money will be withdrawn in 24 hours into my account, after paying one fees, and now I don’t have enough money to pay the rest of the fees, in order to withdraw the money. Can somebody please tell me is this true or not, because on the information I read was only pay 5% fees, and not have to pay extra. Now my money is froze in the account because I haven’t paid the rest of the fees yet, but I don’t have enough to pay the fees. What I want to know is how many fees and taxes am I supposed to pay for them to release my money.

OKX has frozen my funds in my trading bot, without any reason or warning.

I can not access the bot to stop it or to withdraw my money which I am loosing continuously and I am unable to stop it due to the OKX manipulating my account.

I was a loyal customer for OKX for almost two years and now that happened.

I need to get access to my funds, so I would be able to withdraw it, and never come back to OKX.

I am looking for ways of how to return my loss caused by the actions of OKX.
