OKX review: Okx/ouyi unreasonably restricted my sub-account function without any reason or prior notice

I am extremely disappointed with OKX/Ouyi. They have unreasonably restricted my ability to create sub-accounts without any warning, justification, or rule basis.

I am a normal user, and I have not violated any terms of service. Suddenly, my sub-account creation function was disabled. When I asked for an explanation in the support ticket, the customer service manager gave a highly arrogant and evasive response. Instead of providing a valid reason or rule citation for the restriction, they simply stated that it "only affects creating new sub-accounts and does not affect the main account." They even demanded that I stop submitting new feedback to "avoid affecting normal service order."

This is completely unacceptable. A platform cannot just randomly restrict a user's account functions and then refuse to explain why. It shows a total lack of respect for users and transparency.
